This book was nothing more than a dream for me for the longest time. I am deeply fortunate to have all the right dream makers show up to make this book a reality.
To my beautiful, powerful magic maker, Neeta. You are the love of my life and my rock. Thank you for your support and your brilliance throughout the writing of this book. Thank you for always being there for me. Thank you for being you.
To Vishen Lakhiani, for believing in me when I was that unsure twenty-something who didnt know the first thing about building a meaningful business and creating changes that matter. You have shown me that we can achieve anything and everything we set our hearts and minds to. You have been my trusted mentor, my true friend, and an incredible inspirational force in my life. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do.
To the team at Evercoach by Mindvalley: Alina, Siddharth, Ana, Brian, Mattew, Toma, and Francesca. Without you I wouldnt have the strength to show up as powerfully as I do. Without you I wouldnt have the creative insights to reach and help so many people around the world. Without you, I wouldnt be who I am and where I am today. Thank you for being the stars in my life that light the way.
To Shantini, my collaborator. Thank you for beautifully capturing the essence of this book, and for making my writing shine. Thank you for helping me bring through the message in my heart that I want to share with the world.
A special shout out to everyone at Epic Businesses, especially Himanshu, for being the maestro that you are and flawlessly bringing all of the tech pieces together so they make music.

You keep us going every day. You are our inspiration, our lifes mission, and the reason we do what we do. Every one of you will live in my heart forever.
And last, but not least, to youthe extraordinary, soulful entrepreneur.

S omewhere along the way...
As we work hard to build a successful business...
As we study hard at a prestigious business school...
As we become lost in that overwhelming drive to create something magical...
As we try to fill the emptiness in our hearts with work...
We forget why were doing it all.
Why do we create, innovate, and build? Why do we put ourselves out there? What is that burning need inside us that drives us to sacrifice everything? What is it that pushes us to build our business with so much focus and persistence that we forget ourselves, our health, our well-being? That we end up sabotaging our cherished relationships? That we end up missing our childs first day at school? That we willingly give up time with loved ones?
Were doing it allwere building, creating, growing a businessfor love. When I say love, I dont mean romantic, steamy, sexual love.
I mean pure love.
Love that you might have for a spectacular piece of artwork. Love that you might have for travel and for new adventures. Love that you might have for the quiet beauty of snowfall.
This is the love that creates. The love that inspires. The love that were doing it all for.
Its fascinating to see what happens when you introduce love to your business. Your creation.
When you let love in, your team seems to fall in love with what they do.
When you let love in, your clients show up for you. Defend you. Protect you. Cheer you on.
When you let love in, you have endless courage. Creativity. Clarity. Drive.
Love is behind it all. Love brings out the best in you. It brings out the best in your people. Love brings out the best in your business.
Apple decided to love their clients above all else. They would have store managers, not just assistants, call customers who needed help and spend as much time as necessary on the phone to make things right. This is an expensive thing to do. But Apple found that each hour their managers spent on the phone, an additional one thousand dollars in sales would be generated.
Loving your customers isnt just a good idea. Its smart business.
When we introduced what we call sugar cubesanonymously sharing love notes with participants during live Evercoach eventspeople shared a lot more about our event on social media and many of them attended our next event and our next.
When we introduced love week in our company, we not only became a case study for other companies, it skyrocketed satisfaction within our teams. Weve found that making friends with your coworkers didnt just inspire amazing team members to continue working with us, it increased the quality of their work.
Love works. Loving each other works. Loving your team works. Loving your clients works.
I know that sometimes, it feels like the bad guys win. I know it feels like the world tells you that you need to be a hard-nosed, slimy, asshole entrepreneur to get to the top. But thats not true. Sooner or later the bad guys lose.
In the end, love always wins. Always.
So, remember your why. Why do you want to win? What do you want to win? What is it that really matters to you?
You might have heard of this old saying: Its not personal, its business.
Wrong.
Business is personal. It always has been. There is no other way we could keep doing what we do. There is no other reason to wake up every day and run your business.
Let love in. Fuel everything with all the love you have.
Then watch your business take off. Watch your vision and your goals come to life when your team and your clients support you with love.
Business is love.
Know this. Understand this. Embody this.
Live by this.
Its how you stay true to yourself.
Its how you make the impossible possible.
Its how you experience authentic success and happiness.
Its how you Live Big.
I would rather die of passion than of boredom.

Youve heard it all before and it feels like great advice. Whats not to love? Living a life that reflects your passion and then turning that passion into profitsthats perfect, right?
