Welcome to Your Ideal Health with Vitamin D3 Optimal Dosing
This book is part of my mission to change peoples health and lives for the better. This book explains my discovery of how all of us can elevate our health through optimal dosing of vitamin D3 what thousands of my patients and I consider a miracle vitamin. It offers a detailed exploration of the lifesaving effects of optimal dosing of vitamin D3, one of the most unheralded cures available today.

My Introduction to Vitamin D3
In 2010 I was desperate. My immune system was noticeably weaker, my sleep chronically poor, my weight a hundred pounds too heavy, and my energy and spirit at a low. On top of this, as a hard-working, dedicated physician for sixteen years and counting, I was taking care of thousands of patients. Just as I was worried about my own health, I was deeply concerned about theirs. For me to give them the care and the compassion they needed, I had to figure out what was holding back my own health.
What was going on with me? Something was missing. Something key to the state of my overall health was missing. And I was desperate to find it. Thats the reason behind the life-or-death quest that brought me to vitamin D3. To clarify, my life wasnt exactly at risk, but the quality of my life certainly was. I was constantly septic due to chronic low-grade urinary tract infections and wound infections.
I decided to concentrate on my chronic lack of deep restorative sleep (DRS). I figured that if I could restore the quality of my sleep, then Id be in a stronger position to work on other areas of my health. It was in my research on DRS, that I came upon vitamin D3 and the possibility that most people in todays world are functioning on suboptimal levels of vitamin D3. Because vitamin D3 plays a pivotal role in the body achieving the state needed for deep sleep to happen, a person at suboptimal levels ends up never achieving that deep sleep state even after a supposedly full eight to ten hours of rest.
When you fail to achieve DRS, you never feel fully rested, rejuvenated, and recharged. Basically, in the morning when its time to get up, youre exhausted. Notice this isnt talking about length of sleep; its the depth of sleep that matters.
It was due to this chronically exhausted state that I began my foray into the study of vitamin D3 and its critical and multifaceted roles in the human body.
Rejuvenated and Robust: 8+ Years Later
Eight-plus years later, Im about one hundred pounds lighter, a regular deep sleeper, with a robust immune system, and on most days my energy and spirits are high.
What happened?
Upon first learning about the connection between vitamin D3 and deep restorative sleep so many years ago, I continued learning more about vitamin D3. I delved into research on the issue, met up with other medical experts and pioneers, and even did my own research. Eventually, I came to understand the connection between vitamin D3 and multiple systems in the human body. Vitamin D3 plays a key role in the immune system, in the mechanisms involved in deep restorative sleep, and metabolic systems (meaning weight-loss and weight-gain related). When vitamin D3 levels in your blood are optimal, your immune system, depth of sleep, and metabolism are primed to function at their greatest potential.
The reverse is also true: when the vitamin D3 levels in your blood are suboptimal, your immune system, depth of sleep, and metabolism deteriorate.
In my studies, I came to learn that like so many of us in todays modern world, my vitamin D3 levels for years, decades even, were suboptimal. Thats why no matter how much I was supposedly sleeping, I couldnt achieve deep sleep and feel fully rested. Thats why I was obese. Thats why my immune system had difficulty fighting off infection. Thats why my spirits were low and my energy too. What Im describing about myself is what so many other people are suffering as well. Its a condition Ive dubbed winter syndrome, and you can expect this book to explain it to you in detail.
After I made these discoveries and connections, I polled my patients and learned of their chronic sleep troubles. I am talking thousands of patients whom I asked a series of detailed questions only to find that like me, they too chronically failed to get deep restorative sleep. Their weight struggles and proneness to viruses were issues I was already familiar with as their physician. Apparently we all were suffering for years from the lack of optimal levels of vitamin D3. We all were suffering from winter syndrome and didnt even know it.
Winter Syndrome and Optimal Dosing
This book traces the journey I took to restore both my patients health and my own with optimal dosing of vitamin D3. You see, Im not the only one who has experienced the miracle of optimal dosing of vitamin D3. After I established an optimal blood level of vitamin D3 and became certain of its benefits as well as it being totally safe, I started many of my patients on the same plan. Now, eight years later, I have thousands of patients who attest to the incredibly, seemingly miraculous, turn in their health due to vitamin D3 optimal dosing.
