I stumbled upon the lost beauty secrets of the Bible in my career as a novelist. As I researched my first novel, Chosen: The Lost Diaries of Queen Esther, which was based on the legendary queen who devoted a year of her life to beauty, I was curious about what sort of treatments would have been available to women nearly 3,000 years ago.

To my amazement, I discovered that the beauty treatments of our ancient sisters rivaled our own.
