I dedicate this book to my beloved parents,
Howard and Yvonne Lacey.

To my Dadwhose lifelong commitment to
the written page was with me in every word.

And to my Mumwhose vision of life as an adventure
to be experienced gave shape to the words.

Now as always, they guide me in how to bring Spirit
to life and they are missed beyond measure.
