How, why, and what is a Love Quest

This is a Quest for love. Self-Love. It starts with you and ends with me and organically becomes us. We are One.

For the seven days these Quests last, you will be asked to look for it. The places you will look might surprise you. You may, at first, wonder if you even know what to look for. This, a result of many years and tears of misunderstanding.

This Love Quest will illustrate for you that you do, in fact, know what it looks like because you know what it feels like. This remembering brings instant recognition.

Love runs through you as true. There is nothing else that feels like love. It is familiar, strong and deep. You recognize it. What I have come to understand is that it is everywhere.

Love does not need a reason.

Each Quest will ask you to recognize it in different places and faces. You will begin to open your eyes. Eventually, you will open your heart.

Youll be asked to stretch, smile, wrap your arms around, visualize, and tiptoe into new territory. You will not have to leave your home to do this, but you will eventually want to. I promise.

You possess vast fields of unfelt possibility and oceans of promise. You will find the love that you are. You will feel your own truth. The realization of this truth is the Shift in Consciousness that we have been hearing about. The actualization of love is what we have all been waiting for.

Loving yourself is paramount.

Its seven years since the first Quest was taken. I am proof that in this one simple and sort of silly idea, results are guaranteed, but I am not the only proof. There are many of us.

You will know from where your love springs. This love will become the foundation of every posture you adopt as well as the choreographer of each stance you take. It will fuel your days and fortify your every step.

Results may differ in specifics, but not in substance. You will tentatively begin these Quests, and you will stand strong and sure-footed at the finish line. This change in your style will spring from your core. The goal of this Quest is to discover just what is held there.

Heres a bit of history, a blast from the past for those of you who were with us back at the start of it all, and a bit of the inside scoop for the newbies

The Quests you are about to take follow an unplanned, organic sort of meandering through the struggles of my own heart. What started as an effort to forgive, grew into a full out expectation to discover joy and embody passion. This was completely unexpected at both ends, beginning and end. They lasted for two years. It was a wonderful, joyful, surprising, sometimes difficult, yet awe-inspiring 24 months.

The Love Quest is easily accomplished and fits into any schedule you have going on. It changed my life and the life of others, thousands of others . Join us and allow it to change yours as well.

This book gives you the essence of what was a 2-year voyage. Youll read personal references, anecdotes, reactions and historical events that accompanied and encircled our journey. Lets get started.

It was April of 2011. The first Love Quest was a Face Book event that had 4 attendees when it began. Two of them came from my family. The others were close friends. Yet it was a start.

It was called Join me on my Love Quest. The premise was simple. Upon waking each morning, you were to look in the mirror, gaze deeply into your own eyes, and say I forgive you. That was pretty much it.

Each day, for one week, Id add a post and it was open for comments, thoughts, frustrations, arguments, ideas, songs, videos whatever you were inspired to contribute.
