Not only have I personally fallen for these lies in the past, but millions of others have too. The truth is, the fitness industry is BIG BUSINESS. Unfortunately, any big business will attract plenty of hucksters. These high mach personalities live by the motto of do whatever it takes to get ahead. Many times this means professionally executed attacks of deceit, trickery, and empty promises. These heartless swindlers care about one thing and one thing onlyYOUR MONEY. To get it they will go at great lengths of using deception and create mass confusion amongst the poor misguided souls that are in their crosshairs. They aim to sell you over-hyped promises and the delusion of easy and fast success. The truth is that no quick fixes actually work. The trouble is it simply does not work that way and your promised results go fleeing away once again. This is why I love muscle. Muscle cannot lie. Muscle is honest. Its been said that a great physique will earn you respect in an instant. This is because you cannot buy one. You cannot inherit one. You cannot fake a great physique. You cannot steal one. You cannot copy one. Most importantly, you cannot lie about having one. Looks dont lie and if youve earned a superb physique people will know within a nanosecond without you having to say a single word. Muscle is one thing that is truly honest! Frankly, you either have it or you dont. Like a bright star shining in the dark night, muscle is only EARNED through dedication, discipline and hard work. It can vanish rather quickly if not carefully maintained. Subconsciously, people will instantly have respect and admiration for you when they see youve put in the work required and earned yourself a stellar physique. Only the insecure will make weak, snickering comments to their friends. They will say things like I think he is on the juice or the common I dont want to ever look like that. In wimpy and futile efforts they try to belittle your obvious accomplishment. This is a failing attempt to try to protect their fragile ego and mask their obvious insecurities. Mark my words. THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU! Take these attacks as a compliment, because if they aint talking about you, it means you aint doing anything. Never take it personally, because these jokers cant face the fact that youve done the hard work required and they simply have not. Jealousy is always a bad perfume. These people, either out of sheer laziness or a lack of ambition, have not earned what youve earned. Therefore, they try to belittle the importance of a commanding physique although their audience is usually none or small at best. You on the other hand will have done the program, pushed through the tough reps and will acquire the undeniable symbol of power and discipline. You will start to reap all kinds of rewards. Doors, once closed, will start to open up for you. People will treat you differently than before. Opportunities are abound for the few who have traveled the treacherous roads of endless sets and reps with heavy iron. Most importantly, you will learn self respect, discipline and sacrifice. This is social weakening and its time to wake up before it is too late! The natural law is that the STRONGEST SHALL SURVIVE. Imagine, if all electrical power was lost and the food supply was delayed just 45 days. These out-of-shape dad bods would be slaughtered when exposed to the rigors of nature. Nature has an unforgiving way of quickly eliminating the weak. It would be comical to see those dad bods, who get winded walking up a flight of stairs, try to defend and feed their family. It is time to wake up people! Physical fitness is your responsibility to yourself and your loved ones. It is time to make muscles great again and especially your muscles. If youve got kids, or plan on having kids in the future, you must lead from the front. Show them what the real image of man is. A man possesses broad, powerful shoulders.
