The recipes included here are crazy- simple yet flavorful! I am thoroughly impressed and cant wait to try the Breakfast Sausage Balls on page 182 and the Volcano Roll in a Bowl on page 188. Christine says right away, Simple recipes are my jam . The recipes included in this book are great if you are busy, dont have time for fussy ingredients and cooking methods, or are simply new to cooking.

If there is one important message to get, its that you are not alone. Christine shares her story so bravely, not to just show how far she has come, but so we can all see another person who has struggled with diet and health. She goes from not wanting to be seen at all, to sharing herself fully with readers.
