Wow, what a book! Amazing. I read Mind Hacking for Rebels to my friendabout the subconsciouswhich Karin explains so well this book. Her reaction was, Oh my gosh, why dont we learn this in school? This is very important to understand. I love the layout of the book and the exercises. It has given me so many insights. You love all the wisdom Karin shares.

Mind Hacking for Rebels is so straightforward. I have finally received an answer as to why I react the way I do in certain situations. I have started applying some of the tips, and they work surprisingly well. Some of my counterproductive patterns have already begun to change. In fact, it doesnt have to be that difficult to create change.

Karins hacks stick! They cannot be praised enough and should be used in school. The book is pure and simple general education about how we operate and how we lead ourselves forward. Life knowledge for new times!

ABOUT ME
I am an adventurer and like to go far out to the outer edges. Sometimes, I have been so far out that I wondered if I would ever find my way back again.
I was born into a religious family with strict rules where the word of God was law. My dad, whom I loved above everyone else, was a narcissist. At times, he was amazing and took me on breathtaking adventures.
We climbed in the mountains and swam in the sea under heavy rain and rumbling thunder. We slalom skied behind the car in white snowy landscapes and looked for treasures in hard-to-reach caves. He taught me about nature, taking care of sick animals, building huts, and shooting with a bow and a rifle. He taught me about space and how to dance the Viennese waltz. He taught me proper etiquette and to appreciate the beautiful things in life.
When dad was unbalanced, he became moody and mean. Mom was a shadow emotionally closed off and hard to reach but also someone who tried her best to be a good mother. But she was without significance in the patriarchal religion. I have suffered abuse, been beaten, alienated, publicly punished and humiliated, and both forced and oppressed, all to make me a better person.
The day I turned eighteen, I took my suitcase and left my old life behind. I did a total reboot, a reset. Without family, support, money, or experience of the outside world, I began to build my own life. I created a good life, one in which I was successful in most things. I had well-paying and exciting jobs in TV, marketing, branding, and public relations, mostly good boyfriends, cool friends, and a crazy drive to maximize life.
At age thirty-five, everything caught up with me. Old unprocessed experiences and programming wreaked havoc in me, and I decided to do a reset. This restart was going to be tough because I had to face everything I had hidden in my subconscious. The journey took twenty years. Today, I stand strong and free. I own my POWER and FREEDOM. Of course, I can still doubt myself sometimes, make mistakes, feel weak, and think that I should be better, smarter, faster, kinder... but on the whole, I feel like a good person, that I am enough. Its a great feeling!
My dad was called The Thousandth at his work. He loved to take apart things to see the mechanics behind them and then manufacture and replace the parts that didnt work. Im the same when it comes to personal development. I love to explore and understand how we humans work. I travel through time and space, to explore reality and replace the parts that dont work. I am an adventurer and like to travel to the outer edges. Sometimes, I have traveled so far that I have wondered if I would ever find my way back again. From childhood wounds, career stress, depression, self-hatred, confusion, sadness, and desperation, I have created a brilliant way of coaching.
