Praise for Made for More
Lindsay wants us to move from confusion to clarity, and this is a masterful guide. I found myself breathing slowly, paying attention to my body, and feeling empowered to stop and try her ideas or answer her questions. I can see this being a book with all the dog-eared pages and coffee stains because of its daily applicable advice.

Foreword
Like many of you, there are days when I seek inspiration from Instagram. I am feeling I need something to get me excited and help me feel hopeful and positive. Thats why August 16, 2019, though it started off like any other day, was an important memory for me.
Yes, it is likely I woke up at the crack of dawn to get a workout in, read something uplifting, and spend a little time reflecting on my day ahead before I had to hit the ground running as a busy mom of two. I am also pretty sure that, at some point that same morning, I took a few moments to scroll through my Instagram feed. No, I wasnt expecting what I found.
As I scrolled looking for that something more, I ran across an account called @boldnewgirls. I was immediately drawn in by the bright and eye-catching photos, but even more so by the uplifting messages contained in the posts about confidence, bravery, and power. I immediately felt like whoever the author of the content was shared the same deep desire I had, which was to empower women to live their best lives.
I immediately decided to send a private message simply to say how much I appreciated what they were doing to inspire others, especially girls. That set off a chain of messages and conversations between Lindsay Sealey and me. Those chats led to Lindsay becoming a two-time guest on my podcast, Girls 4 Greatness, for her books Growing Strong Girls and Rooted, Resilient, and Ready, and most importantly, it led to the start of a wonderful friendship.
Over the last three years, I have closely followed Lindsay and all the amazing things she is doing with her Bold New Girls community. I have read her books, seen her shine on live media interviews, listened to her podcast interviews, enjoyed her blogs, programs, and courses, and watched her YouTube channel. Lindsay is an incredibly talented communicator and writer because of not just the wealth of knowledge she shares but also the way in which she delivers that knowledge. This book is yet another beautiful example of how Lindsay deeply and genuinely cares for others, particularly the young women she is so passionate and relentless about championing.
Made for More is a book that will challenge anyone to examine how they can bring more of what they want into their life and leave behind those things that are no longer serving them. This is a call to action for young women to let go of pressure, perfection, and the need to prove themselves and to look toward acceptance, incremental change, and the process of pursuing purpose.
I have interviewed nearly one hundred and fifty women on my podcast throughout the last four years. Each of these women has overcome great struggles and obstacles to impact the world in their own unique, powerful way. I firmly believe that these women would not be the influencers they are if they did not have to wrestle with letting go of something to bring more of what they did want into their lives. They all seem to know that good stories take time to write and that there is no instant or Amazon Prime when it comes to their stories.
In this book, Lindsays honest, carefully thought-out words serve as an incredible reminder to wake up and embrace the one life we have been given. Her words also offer hope as she reminds us that we have it in our power to craft the life each of us wants to be living and that we can also utilize that power at any given moment. Or as Lindsay writes, Every day you can choose to change your mind, your priorities, and your lifestyle.
You are about to embark on a wonderful journey of self-discovery with Lindsay. This book, encouraging you to step into your truth, will pave the way and help anyone who finds themselves at a crossroads in life or at a point in which they are wanting to make a change but just dont know where to begin. The essence of Lindsays creation is this: meet yourself where you are ateven if its in the middle of your mess, even if you dont feel worthy or ready for any changethen decide what your lifestyle of more and less could be.
