This was composed by Padma Garwang Trinley Drodl Tsal, a joyful servant of Padma, at Devikoti Tsari-like Jewel Rock [Tsandra Rinchen Drak], the upper retreat of Palpung, on an auspicious day in the waxing part of the second month.
