    You might be wondering why you should listen to anything I have to say, you dont know me, and I havent proven myself to you. I havent had the toughest life. But Ive had a little of everything. Ive had my fair share of loss, pain, trials, some amazing opportunities and adventures. All of these experiences have taught me something. I believe in making the most of whatever comes my way. My aim is to share with you the best of what Ive learned so you can take the short cut. Allow me to introduce myself a little.

    I was born in England into a simple country life. I loved being around animals in the fresh air and growing veggies with Gran. My family had its own set of problems. I grew up with stories of bad choices, fighting, divorce, and secrets where no one knows the truth anymore. Some of these stories I remember and some visit my nightmares from time to time. Many of them are just a part of my history.

    You have your own key moments in life. These are the experiences that shape you and spin your course in different directions. Your story is simply what happened to you. It doesnt limit you or your future, unless you let it. Your experience in life can shape you, but it does not need to define you.

    Sometimes things in my lifes story are painful. I imagine these feelings and memories sit stored in some invisible box, in the back of my mind, for me to pull out and clear when Im ready. Some people call this Pandoras Box, Im going to call it my little box of stuff. Its important to remember everyone has their stuff, and everyone will find their own way to deal.

    No matter what you have locked in your little box of stuff, you can have a totally fresh start - no exceptions. I will show you step-by-step how to work through it, finally resolve and finish with it. You will then be free to move on and discover who you are.
