The last time I saw Louise Hay, about a month or so before her death, I shared with her the idea of creating a yearbook featuring daily entries taken from her greatest works. Oh, I love it! Louise said excitedly, squeezing both my hands. She looked like a young girl whod been given a birthday cake. While her body was frailshe was 90 years old, after allher spirit was radiant and full of purpose.

I shared Louises excitement. I told her, A book compiling your favorite teachings is a great way for your readers to experience you every day. Theyll be able to have breakfast with you, meditate with you, put you on their bathroom shelf [Louise smiled big when she heard that!], read you on their commute, and take you with them throughout their day.

You know, I go to bed with millions of people all over the world every night, dont you! Louise said, with a twinkle in her eye.

Yes, I said.

And you know that I also wake up every morning with millions of people, too! Louise said, referring to the tradition of millions of her fans worldwide who start and end their days with her affirmations, whether written down or in one of her audio programs.
