The good Lord wants you to experience the best life possible. The book you are holding in your hands will show why you can trust God and how to keep from worrying. I hope you will open your heart and let Him show you that He is alive todayand wants to lead you through this life.
from the foreword by George Foreman, former two-time World Heavyweight Boxing Champion
Solomon said, The writing of many books is endless. Books are continually coming out on nearly every subject in the world, so which ones should you read? If you want to get rid of your worry, you need to read this book. It is unlikely you will ever read the very important information in this book anywhere else. I believe the character of the author makes the content of the book even more valuable. Kent is a man of godly character, so I highly recommend the reading of this vitally important subject.
Peter Lord, bestselling author, Hearing God

I did not think much about God as I was growing up in Houston. I spent most of my days and nights on the streets, getting into trouble. Mom did not have time to attend church when I was a boy because she was always working to support her seven children. Even so, she did want us to learn about God.
I remember one day she gave me a Bible and said, George, go to your room and read this. I went to my room, flipped through the pages and looked at the pictures.
Later, when I came out of my room, she said, Dont you feel better now?
Oh yeah, Mom, I lied. I feel so much better now.
That was the extent of my Bible training growing up.
Religion was boring to me. I thought it was just an escape for poor people and little old ladies. I wanted nothing to do with that church stuff. I believed there was a God, but I did not need religion.
God got a hold of my life in 1977 and I have been serving Him ever since then. As I look back over my life, I can see how He has led and guided me through difficult times. Everyone needs help from above, including you.
The good Lord wants you to experience the best life possible. The book you are holding in your hands will show why you can trust God and how to keep from worrying. I hope you will open your heart and let Him show you that He is alive todayand wants to lead you through this life.

I would like to give special thanks to the following:
My precious wife, Cindy. You have been my wife, best friend, mother of our children, counselor to the needy, my personal editor and the one who has loved me at all times. Where would I be without you? I shudder to think about that. I married way above my head.
Mike and Laurie Mozingo and the elders, staff and members of Journey Church in Prattville, Alabama. It is a joy being on the same team with you and serving God together.
George Foreman. I enjoyed watching you in the boxing ring, but what you are doing to reach people with Gods love is more exciting. Thank you for writing the foreword for this book.
My agent, Les Stobbe. Thank you for your wisdom and representing me in an ever-changing publishing world.
My mentor, Peter Lord. You have taught me much about God and life, my friend. Much more than you realize.
My friends Paul and Debby Baskin. Cindy and I cherish your friendship. We have shared many laughs and tears as we have run the race of life. Thank you for your encouraging words during the tough times.
