Have you ever considered having asacred companion who can be beckoned by your call at anytime?Someone that is physically invisible to the naked eye, yet alwayswatching over you? Maybe synchronistic events are starting to occurin your life? Still, you think that it's a strange coincidence! Asilent, yet profoundly loud voice speaking directly to your soul,constantly looking out for your best interest...

The very fact that you're reading thisunique subject suggests that this voice could have guidedyou here today! Paradoxically speaking, this voice is already apart of your higher self. The higher self is incredibly wiseand has ascended to the celestial domain eons ago. A cosmic guru ifyou will, that has been evolving for thousands and thousands ofyears. This voice is, in fact, you and the essence is from an omnipresent source. Although itmay appear that its energies could be located outside of yourbeing, this is not the case. The spirit or higher-self part of yourspiritual makeup knows you extremely well, overseeing your everythought, action and dream. It is your deepest, innermost feelingsalong with a complete magnitude of sensory perception, being guidedalong the way by a loving spirit family.

Every spirit family has a primepassion, which is to guide, nurture and love us, seeing that wegrow to reach our spiritual evolution. They have collectivelyachieved such an alliance since the beginning of time, making surethat humankind is never left alone with just the ego-mind.Patiently, they stand by our sides in a non-intrusive manner,diligently obeying the universal laws and observing us with anon-judgmental eye.

When you and your higher self cometogether consciously, the connection becomes stronger andunbreakable. Through dreaming lucidly, we too can make that bondwith our very own spirit family. Just think, you can now visuallymeet them all face to face and what a joy it is to know that we'renot alone in this universe! Could this be seen as extra-terrestrialcommunication? Possibly.

They are metaphysical in nature and canenter our dreams anytime. They can morph and transmute themselvesas they wish, whilst simultaneously blending into our uniquedreamscapes. Multidimensional beings that hop from one place to thenext!

How can we be sure that this is notjust a figment of our imaginations? Well, my philosophy is that thewhole universe is built on imagination and imagination comes fromthoughts. So if we can surely think it then it can become areality! We attract what we desire in life from the energy we putin. So the first step is shifting our awareness and energies intruly understanding how crucial spirit guides are. We must believe,not just with our minds but also with our hearts.

A few years ago I felt compelled toseek out my own spirit guide. I did not know any particular way ortechnique in doing so, but was already accustomed to luciddreaming. So this seemed to be the best option for me. I knew thatthere was something more, something that felt bigger within myselfthat desperately needed discovering. Today I have an incrediblystrong connection with my guide who is truly my best friend. I haveasked him to guide me whilst writing this book, so that all theinformation contained can assist others with the necessary tools tohelp them in their own quest. Above all, to inspire and seek forththeir own spirit family. I will go into great detail about my guidein the chapter named 'My Guide and I'.

If you are thinking to yourself, thiscannot be possible and this sounds extremely unfathomable, then youmay wish to see scientific proof! Unfortunately, spirit guidescannot simply go onto television and prove their existence at thistime. But they will most certainly make themselves known to usindividually within our multi-sensory attunement, just as we arewilling to show ourselves to them.

Consider this next notion, somethingthat cannot be seen in the physical world does notnecessarily mean it does not exist...

Inter-dimensional worlds, over-lacedinto the next, coexisting simultaneously whilst regulating atdifferent energetic frequencies, could be the next breakthrough intomorrow's main stream science. But, until then we must look deepwithin ourselves for the answers we seek. Intuitive knowing andfeeling is paramount when sealing this sacred bond betweenyou and spirit. It is not simply lying in your bed and waiting foryour next lucid adventure. It is a full-time state of being. Wemust expand our higher energetic awareness so that we can attractthe harmonic frequency of the angelic realm.

The research I have gathered, includingexcerpts from my dream journal, has all been documented into itsclearest form possible so that there will be no risk of confusion.My spirit guided lucid experiences will be scattered throughout,depending on the topic at hand. This will benefit you inunderstanding the true teachings and symbolic nature of my guide'smessage.

Here you will find your unique centrein becoming more attuned to the 'spirit frequency' that is requiredwhen contacting your guide through dreaming. Adopting the correctpsychology for this practice is absolute. Having the correct stateof mind is a foundational start. Ill go into further detail in thechapter named 'Adaptation to SGLD'. Please note that when you seethe abbreviation 'SGLD', this means 'Spirit Guided Lucid Dreaming',which is used numerous times throughout the course of thisread.

The aim of this book is to find a'loop-hole' in inter-dimensional companionship through dreaming.The goal of my research is to shed new light and discover freshideals and comparisons in the field of SGLD.

Included are traditional techniques forlucid dreaming and advanced SGLD techniques that will benefit thedreamer. It is my suggestion that if youre new to lucid dreaming,you should first study the traditional techniques for at least afew months, achieving multiple successful lucid adventures, thenmoving onto to SGLD techniques afterwards. Failure to do so willimpede and confuse your progress. To accompany those techniques, Ihave also incorporated the ideal SGLD diet, alternate sleep cyclesand meditational exercises. One should consider amplifying andattuning their energetic field to make spirit contact. Harmonisingthe mind, body and spirit principle supports the dreamer. This willensure the dreamer builds a healthy and correct foundation intoSGLD.
