Larry Kreider initially served for 15 years as senior pastor of DOVE Christian Fellowship in Pennsylvania, which grew from a single small group to over 2,300 in ten years. Today, DOVE Christian Fellowship International (DCFI) believers are found meeting in more than 150 congregations throughout the United States, Central and South America, Caribbean, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the South Pacific.

Larry started in ministry in 1971, helping found a youth ministry that targeted unchurched youth in his community of northern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Dozens came to faith in Christ and he was soon teaching a large group of young people each week. DCFI grew out of the ensuing need for a flexible New Testament-style church that could assist new believers. In small groups, new believers found a place to experience and demonstrate Christianity built on relationships. They could readily share their lives with each other, grow up spiritually, and reach out with the healing love of Jesus to the world.

Continuing over the past two decades, Larry pursues his vision to build the church with a small group focus in the nations of the world and put prayer into action to pave the way for revival in the nations. He is a featured speaker at conferences and has traveled extensively training Christian leaders and believers from many different denominations and churches.

Larry has written several books, including House to House, The Cry For Spiritual Fathers & Mothers, House Church Networks, Starting a House Church, a twelve book Biblical Foundation Series, Helping You Build Cell Churches Manual, The Biblical Role of Elders for Todays Church, Hearing God, and Authentic Spiritual Mentoring. Larry also writes articles for Christian periodicals, including Ministries Today, Cell Group Journal, Kairos Magazine, Morning Star Journal, House2House Magazine, and others.

Larry and his wife, LaVerne, have been married for 36 years and make their home in Lititz, Pennsylvania. They have four children and three grandchildren.
