For this book, I want to acknowledge and thank all the archangels and Ascended Masters who have helped and inspired me on my journey. So much of this book is directly from them and while I have been the channel or avenue for it, I have to give them credit!

In one of my recent books, Diary of a Psychic, I was guided to channel and share short messages from archangel Jophiel and Zeus. I got the message from my spirit guides to post them on Facebook and when I did, comments about the messages being helpful were overwhelming and heartfelt. At the time, I was working on a screenplay but hadnt yet decided on a subject for my next spiritual book. I asked for the archangels guidance and then the next day at lunch, the entire outline of the book was given to me including which angels and ascended masters to talk to. I basically got the idea for the book in a direct download from the angels themselves. This book is the result of that inspiration!

For those of you who arent familiar with my work, I am a psychic medium, angel communicator, ghost whisperer, author, speaker, and writer. Ever since I was young, I have seen and sensed ghosts. Eventually, I sought out psychic training to help me safely manage my gifts (trying to sleep in a room full of ghosts is no easy feat!). Through this training, I was introduced to angels and other spiritual beings and began to see the wonderful blessings they brought to my life when I reached out to them and sought their guidance and assistance. Working with these beings transformed my life in such incredible ways that I wanted to share this knowledge and experience with others.

Before I opened my life and heart to the angels, I was sick, overweight, unemployed, on sleeping pills, and miserable. I was thirty years old and I remember thinking to myself, I guess this is what its like to get older. Of course, as soon as I invited the angels in and started my psychic work, my life completely transformed. To learn more about my story, you can read my first book, Life and the After Life: Notes from a Medium and Angel Communicator . Through these shifts, I lost the weight, and became healthy and happy. I kept writing books and started teaching classes. Now I make my living by teaching, writing, speaking, and seeing a small number of clients. I also travel the world, am in great health, have a very creative life and lots of wonderful relationships. I feel very blessed! My wish is for others to experience the transformation Ive had.

Most of us have not learned the spiritual ABCs. We grow up and learn practical things such as cleanliness and how to feed ourselves, etc., yet, the spiritual aspect of life is largely ignored. With the rejection of religion has, unfortunately, come the rejection of spirituality. I personally am not religious as I find most religions too restrictive. That said, I do believe in many ways, as a society, we have thrown out the baby with the bathwater, so to speak, in our efforts to clear out aspects of religion we dont like. Connecting and learning about the spiritual world and the spiritual aspect of ourselves is so important. Many people appear to be walking around almost half-dead because they are living their lives as they have been instructed to, but are often unfulfilled in many ways. These same people are often physically sick too. I recognize these people because I used to be one myself! My hope is that through sharing what I have learned about the spiritual realm and connecting you with angels and light beings, you can transform your life just as I have transformed mine.

This book is structured in two parts. Part one is about angels and in that section, I discuss what angels are and briefly how they can help us. If you want more details on just that topic, you can read my book Angels: How to Understand, Recognize, and Receive Their Guidance . Following the basics, there is a section on each of 22 archangels. For each archangel, I share helpful information about that angel, what they are known for, how to call on them, stories about that particular angel, as well as a channeled message from them. A channeled message is a message given by an angel, spirit guide, or other being through a channel, typically a psychic medium. They can be thought of as a message transcribed or relayed by that angel or spirit guide through a living person.

The second part of the book is on Ascended Masters. Just as with the archangel section, I share their traits, the Ascended Masters history and/or story, as well as a channeled message. I felt it important to share ten Ascended Masters with you here in this book. Including the angels, that means there are 33 beings of light to call upon and 33 is a very blessed number! You can read this book in many ways. You can read it front to back, jump around as you feel inspired, or randomly open a page each day to see who has a message or is talking with you at that moment. Ive also included a glossary at the end of the book for reference. At the back of the book is also a listing of colors and which angels and Ascended Masters are associated with that particular color. However you use the book, my wish for you is that sharing my gift and knowledge is helpful. I am truly excited for each and every one of you connecting with all these amazing beings. Calling on archangels and Ascended Masters is like having friends in all the right places. Many blessings to you on your journey!

Angels help us with our lives and our soul missions. They are beings of light who will help us when we ask them for help. Angels honor our free will which is why its important and beneficial to directly ask them for help. Angels are also constantly communicating with us through numbers, through messages in music and overheard conversations, and through our own thoughts and feelings.
