About Ilene S. Rosen
Ilene Rosen, M.Ed, C-IAYT, has been an educator, writer, and yoga practitioner for more than twenty-five years. More recently, she became a registered yoga instructor for adults and children, and completed the YogaLife Institute program with Bob Butera to become a certified yoga therapist. Ilene currently owns InsightEd Educational Consulting company, where she applies her knowledge of yoga, education, and writing to help students and families with emotional challenges navigate the transition from high school to higher education. Robert Butera, M.Div., Ph.D., directs YogaLife Institute presently in an online format to train Yoga and Meditation Teachers and Yoga Therapists. He published Yoga Living magazine for twenty years. Jennifer Hilbert, MSc., CYT, has been in scientific research for twenty years, where she has worked in drug research in a lab, clinical research, and consulting. She has a Masters degree in Neuroscience with a concentration in Immunology. She has practiced yoga as a teenager and went on to take a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2011 and a three year comprehensive Yoga Therapy training, both at YogaLife Institute. Jennifer teaches many styles of yoga classes from fitness to healing Yin Yoga. She teaches Physiology and Yoga Therapy seminars. Nutritional instruction and health food cuisine are also strong passions of hers.
