Dick Eastman shows us how to ignite Gods passion in our lives and on behalf of the world. We always thought that worship and prayer were important. Dick Eastman tells us why, and he goes on to show us how to weave the two together to lead the Church toward the great endtime harvest.
MIKE BICKLE
Director, International House of Prayer, Kansas City, Missouri
Worship is a subject that is difficult, sometimes painful, for many believers today. Dick Eastman, a beloved and godly brother, shows us how worship is not only infinitely pleasing to God and vital to our spiritual growth but is absolutely necessary to bring the nations to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
DR. BILL BRIGHT (19212003)
Founder, Campus Crusade for Christ
The emergence of biblically focused worship is a fountainhead where the life within the Church and within the individual moves from flow to overflow. As we exalt Jesus Christ, Dick challenges us to call on Gods authority to eliminate the adversarys position as nations are brought to their knees in a feast of joy. The culmination of the Great Commission will be ushered in on the foundation of anticipatory, prayerful worship that brings us to the destiny God intended for each of His people.
TOM PHILLIPS

This book takes us into the heart of what it means to war and to worship. Dick Eastman explains how the specific worship pathways King David followed are the same pathways that are central to Gods plan to fulfill the Great Commission. This is an exciting time to be alive! Church, lets cooperate with Gods planin the way we worship and in the way we intercedeto bring people to Himself from every tribe, tongue and nation.

FIRST THOUGHTS
THE RICHEST OF FOODS
My journey began with a strong inner urging to set aside 40 days for fasting and prayer. (Dont be alarmedthis is not a book about fasting and prayer. I didnt mean to scare you! Thats just where my story happens to begin.) It was late February 2000. This was the second prolonged fasting experience in my life. Inspired by a dear friend and mentor, the late Dr. Bill Bright of Campus Crusade for Christ, I fasted for 40 days in the fall of 1996. That was a truly life changing experience; it was also rather grueling. I have often jokingly said that I promised God on the tenth or eleventh day of that first fast that if He would just keep me alive for all 40 days, I will never do this again as long as I live! But with the dawning of a new decade
