For the woman caught between two worlds, this book is for you. Pulling together concepts of healing and bravery with a modern twist, youll be bathed in wisdom and practicality as Sheilas words present truths weve suppressed and courage we havent yet tapped into.
TAMMI KIRKNESS, AUTHOR OF THE PANIC BUTTON BOOK
Sheila is the kind of woman you meet and who you would seriously consider to be an echo of an ancient goddess from long ago. Her open heart genuinely lives in a balance of empowerment and vulnerability, and she has an uncanny ability to transcend the norm and reflect real wisdom from the ether above. Hers is a story of our own and it manages to find a way to crack light into the heart. Brave is ultimately a no-nonsense hand guide to living with collective, universal magic, to breathing creative fire into the lungs and reclaiming the seat of power from within your souls core. I could not put this book down.
ANDRS ENGRACIA, AUTHOR OF PURE MAGIC ORACLE

An invitation to walk
the Courageous Path
We become addicted to the life we dont even like.
JOE DISPENZA
Welcome to the Courageous Path. Your Courageous Path: the path to becoming authentically you. There can be a huge chasm between a desire to live an authentic life and truly living an authentic life. The gap between the two is bravery. You have always had bravery; it has just become a little lost within you, and when fear gets in the way you forget.
Being me and being you should be the simplest thing in the world. But as you already know, its not that easy! Through my own experiences I have come to realise it is an act of courage to be true and authentic to myself. My acts of courage were a mixture of small and large actions, some not big enough to make it to my social media news feed. It will be the same for you: you must be courageous enough to answer the call to be yourself.
The call is a yearning for change. Within each of us we can hear it and we can feel it, yet we still get confused as to how to make sustainable changes happen in our lives.
You may feel a longing, knowing there is more than what you currently have. You may be new to the idea of a spiritual path, embarking on a cycle of personal growth or reaching for new teachings and insights. You may feel you have no idea where you are, that you are a little lost. You may be at a fork in the road.
One road is more of the same version of your life: the safe, predictable and lacklustre path full of the same worries and concerns. It is highly probable this is someone elses path you are walking on. The other road presents more of an unknown; fear and a lack of courage prevent you from taking the other path. Until you allow the real you to show up on these journeys it is not your journey, and this path will most certainly lead you to familiar disappointment. My intuition tells me you desire a great adventure, that you desire liberation and are seeking to return home: to find yourself, your true self. This is what the other path promises. It is the less travelled path. The path for the brave. The Courageous Path.
Wherever you are right now you are in the perfect place. The universe has brought you here. Of this I am certain.
This book is an instruction manual, companion and guidebook to help you to step into a courageous life: your very own unapologetic version of you. I have used much of what I went through on my own path to create the steps in this book. Before my Courageous Path I was a walking juxtaposition of uber confidence and self-doubt, of over-conviction and uncertainty, of pride and self-loathing. What a party of one! Then I had a massive hell, yeah moment and thought: Is it more important to fit in, or get courageous and curious enough to do me? I finally found the courageous me waiting to be seen, listened to and acknowledged. This didnt happen just once; it was a continuous calling to answer the question. Responding to the calling is what courage is.
