Only within.

A soul is the most precious thing we have in life. Without a soul, a company or a person is nothing more than an empty shell.

Tadashi Yanai, owner of Uniqlo

If your mark on the world is still waiting to be made, you have come to the right place. They say that not all who wander are lost, but some of them are and if thats you, I can help. I have found my own purpose in empowering people to listen to their intuition and tune in to their own unique spirit so that they can align with success in all areas. Through my coaching and courses, Ive helped people to connect with themselves, attract the things they want and create wildly successful businesses that make their souls happy.

I created this Living in Tune framework of 21 questions to help my clients who were searching for answers as to why they were put here. At some point, we all want to know the meaning of our life. We long to feel that our arrival on Earth was for a reason, and that our being here at this exact moment in time isnt just an accident. My own opinion and hopefully yours by the end of this book is that youre perfectly positioned to play a role in the world like no one else can.

When you share your unique insights, talents and gifts with the world, you create a special type of impact that will reach further and feel better than anything else you do in this lifetime. The world needs you. And you can only answer that call if youre willing to side with your soul and actually be you. Therefore, this is a book about how to activate and access your innate intuition. When youre in tune with your intuition, you can follow your own independent path and find what is best for you rather than what anyone else wants you to do.

Through my work at Liz Roberta Spiritual Coaching, it has become very clear to me that deep down we all know what our own calling is and we have exactly what we need to find it: our intuition. We just need to be awakened to it. The quiet calling of our soul can get lost under so many layers of shoulds, buts and ifs that we dont even recognize it anymore, but it will always stay there, itching beneath the surface of our subconscious, until we allow it to take its first breath in the physical world.

Put the distraction down when you feel the itch, and try to feel where the discomfort is coming from. The likelihood is that its probably not because you need another glass of wine, another clothing delivery or another chocolate bar. Its because youre not accepting who you truly are and why youre really here. And I understand why its easier to do that sometimes, because the truth can be hard to accept.

This is never more palpable than when the need for change threatens to loom over the life youve spent years building, like a tsunami of realizations that could wash away all of your old reasoning. Without deciding to jump on board with our intuition, catch the wave and ride with it, itll end up being a wipeout, with limbs flailing in all directions and surfboard astray as it was for me. But I believe it was that way for me so that I could warn people, and so that Id be able to help you ride through your life with more ease and flow. I think this because, ultimately, I believe that we can choose to see how life is always working for us rather than against us.

There are lessons hidden everywhere in every heartbreak, failure, loss and disappointment. There is always an opportunity to rise and ascend to the next level from something that didnt work before. If your truth is that youre trusting yourself and your own inner wisdom to know whats best for you, then you can feel safe in the knowledge that youre always being guided to wherever youre meant to be. Even when you find yourself in the middle of a difficult lesson, time will often reveal how youre being gifted an opportunity for expansion and growth. You can make your experiences a soundboard to fine-tune you for success.

My out of tune days

I wish Id been born understanding this, but the truth is that my lifes journey was routed for me to figure it out the hard way. If Id never been schooled in listening to my own intuition, then Id never be able to help guide people back to theirs. I definitely didnt always know that there was this thing called intuition and that I should be listening to it, but Ive been spiritual ever since I was a small, strange child. Id cut out spells from Mizz magazine and stuff them into the pockets of a red plastic folding wallet I had, which grew larger and larger each week until it eventually formed the CV of a part-time witch. As well as doing hocus pocus to make a boy in my Year 6 class like me, Id spend my 5-a-week pocket money on incense, essential oils and the coloured candles I needed to perform manifestation rituals in my bedroom. Even then, I was a little manifestor and was guided by a deep belief that I could create anything I wanted.

At 14, a friend connected me with Tarot cards for the first time, but for the next decade my spirituality got pushed to the side in favour of drinking, partying, studying for exams and following the normal way. This version of normal I was trying to achieve was an idea of reality that had been subtly pressed upon me by society and the people around me, so I valued that model of reality way above my own intuition and what actually felt good for me.
