Show respect for all people: Love the brothers and sisters of Gods family, respect God, honor the king. 1 PETER 2:17 NCV Trust in your leaders. Put yourselves under their authority.

Do this, because they keep watch over you. They know they are accountable to God for everything they do. Do this, so that their work will be a joy. If you make their work a heavy load, it wont do you any good. HEBREWS 13:17 NIRV Dont do anything only to get ahead. Dont do it because you are proud.

Instead, be humble. Value others more than yourselves. PHILIPPIANS 2:3 NIRV Dear God, sometimes I act rude or disrespectful when I disagree or dont get my way. You say to show respect for all people and to especially respect and obey my leaders, like parents and teachers. Help me to be more respectful to everyone in my life. How can you show respect today?

Wisdom will come into your mind, and knowledge will be pleasing to you. Good sense will protect you; understanding will guard you It will keep you from the wicked, from those whose words are bad.

PROVERBS 2:10-12 NCV Wisdom and money can get you almost anything, but only wisdom can save your life. ECCLESIASTES 7:12 NLT If any of you needs wisdom, you should ask God for it. He will give it to you. God gives freely to everyone and doesnt find fault. JAMES 1:5 NIRV Dear God, I hear adults talk about being wise and having wisdom. Its not something I thought I could have.

But you say you will give it to me if I ask for it. I want more wisdom so I can live better for you. How could wisdom help you make better choices?

Do not be interested only in your own life, but be interested in the lives of others. PHILIPPIANS 2:4 NCV If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?
