Dear One,

Magnificent synchronicity has brought us together at this sacred moment in eternity for a grand purpose, which will be revealed as we journey through these pages.

Individually and collectively, we stand at a perpetual crossroads, in a state of transition between what has been and what could be. The choices we makein thought, word, and actioncreate an immeasurable ripple effect, influencing everyone and everything around us. In any given instant, we are either choosing consciously (meaning we are aware of the effect of our decisions) or we are choosing unconsciously (that is, without awareness). Conscious choices affirm life; unaware choices destroy it. These choices are the seeds from which we shape our world. And here we are.

You may be holding this book right now for the same reason that I wrote it: because we know It is time. Now is the time to ascend to the next level, individually and collectively, so that we can consciously create a harmonious, prosperous, and sustainable future while honoring each ones uniqueness. We each have an important role to play. To live authentically, support others on their path, and fulfill our destiny, it is essential to elevate our thinking, evolve our language, and live with awareness of how our presence influences the whole of existence.

Allow me to share a bit about my lifes work and what inspired me to write this book for you.

Im passionate about guiding people to transform challenges and transcend limitations. Since I launched my company in 2000, I have taught and led tens of thousands of people to elevate the way they think, speak, and, ultimately, how they live. My live courses, retreats, and seminars are sacred spaces for conscious transformation where I guide people to release anything blocking themmentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

At a young age, I knew my lifes purpose and devoted myself to learning how to help people live genuinely, freely, and mightily. My devotion led me to research and integrate wisdom from many realmscommunication, cognitive neuroscience, psychology, quantum physics, spirituality, leadership, and business. My discoveries inspired the creation of Supreme Influence.

Working in Supreme Influence, and weaving in disciplines such as neuro-linguistic programming (the study of how language affects the nervous system), guided visualization, meditation, hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, pranic healing, as well as ancient wisdom traditions, I show my students how to integrate daily practices that activate their brilliance and naturally transform old habits, addictions, and/or repressed emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, guilt, or shame. My students have described their life as BSI (before Supreme Influence) and ASI (after Supreme Influence).

Many of the finest corporations in the world, including Mercedes-Benz, Prudential, and Marriott, have produced record-breaking results by applying my teachings. Ive worked with people from all walks of lifeCEOs of major corporations, entrepreneurs, artists, members of spiritual organizations, kids labeled troubled, people recently released from prison, and many otherswho measurably uplifted every area of their life by learning to communicate more effectively with others and themselves.

My role with my students and with you is to offer a map and to be your trusty guide or fairy godmother, guiding you to transcend any old reactive patterns so your genuine aspirations are realized.

No matter what youve experienced in life, your being is beyond any circumstance, the past, any story, or beliefs. Throughout this book, I share my own history and stories because they offer wisdom and can make a difference, but the specifics of my circumstances dont really matter. Who I Am is beyond every story. And so it is with you.

My dear friend Niurka wisely teaches that how you experience life mirrors the quality of your questions. When we learn to ask spiritually aerodynamic questions, we emerge from the cocoon of the limiting understanding we have of ourselves and learn to freely fly on the wings of our true nature.
