ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
This book is dedicated to my beautiful wife who believed in me when others did not and who gave me the courage to write this book to help the multitude that read it. Without her constant encouragement and her understanding of me and my life, this work would never have been conceived. She is truly my rock on which I have rebuilt my own temple.
It is also dedicated to my late father Alec who now knows the truth and comes to me more times than he ever did on this earth plane. Our relationship is now stronger than ever.
To those that believe you have everything to gain and to those who do not you have everything to learn.
APPENDIX: SCIENTIFIC VIEWS
The Sense of Being Stared At
by Rupert Sheldrake
In his latest book, biologist Rupert Sheldrake explores the intricacies of the mind and discovers that our perceptive abilities are stronger than many of us could have imagined. Most of us know it well the almost physical sensation that we are the object of someones attention. And what about related phenomena, such as telepathy and premonitions? Are they merely subjective beliefs? Basing his conclusions on years of intense research, Sheldrake argues persuasively that such phenomena are real.
Seven Experiments That Could Change the World:
A Do-It-Yourself Guide to Revolutionary Science
by Rupert Sheldrake
Rupert Sheldrakes groundbreaking book examines unexplained natural phenomena and suggests explanations that push the boundaries of science. How does your pet know when you are coming home? How do pigeons home? Can people really feel a phantom amputated arm? These questions and more form the basis of Sheldrakes look at the world of contemporary science as he puts some of the most cherished assumptions of established science to the test. Sheldrakes website allows anyone to take part in ongoing experiments.
Dr Dean Radin is Laboratory Director at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, founded in 1973 by Apollo 14 astronaut, Dr Edgar Mitchell. CRL focuses on laboratory studies of mind-matter interaction, clairvoyance, precognition, distant healing, and other forms of anomalous perception and action. CRL has also investigated reportedly haunted sites, persons claiming exceptional psychic abilities, and environmental and possible psi-related factors associated with games of chance.
Dr Radins research is one of the most detailed that I have come across; he has stunned me with his research into senses beyond our physical 5. His new book that was released this year: 2006, is an exhaustive account of the research that has been carried out to date. (Entangled Minds; Paraview Pocket Books 2006). Below is an excerpt from the first chapter of his first book (The Conscious Universe) that epitomizes psychic phenomena

The Conscious Universe by Dean Radin
Excerpt from Chapter 1
The idea is that those compelling, perplexing and sometimes profound human experiences known as psychic phenomena are real. The reality of psychic phenomena is now no longer based solely upon faith, or wishful thinking, or absorbing anecdotes. It is not even based upon the results of a few scientific experiments. We know that these phenomena exist because of new ways of evaluating massive amounts of scientific evidence collected over a century by scores of researchers.
Psychic, or psi phenomena fall into two general categories. The first is perception of objects or events beyond the range of the ordinary senses. The second is mentally causing action at a distance. In both categories, it seems that intention, the minds will, can do things that according to prevailing scientific theories it isnt supposed to be able to do. We wish to know what is happening to loved ones, and somehow, sometimes, that information is available, even over large distances. Mind willing, many interesting things appear to be possible.
Understanding such experiences requires an expanded view of human consciousness. Is the mind merely a mechanistic, information-processing bundle of neurons? Is it a computer made of meat as some cognitive scientists and neuroscientists believe? Or is it something more? The evidence suggests that while many aspects of mental functioning are undoubtedly related to brain structure and electrochemical activity, there is also something else happening, something very interesting.
Psi has been shown to exist in thousands of experiments the fact is that virtually all scientists who have studied the evidence, including the hard-nosed skeptics, now agree that there is something interesting going on that merits serious scientific attention.
The Cognitive Research Laboratory (CRL)
The Cognitive Science Laboratory, has been the home of the US Governments investigations into Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) since 1985. It is also the home of the much publicized project STARGATE. The project was funded mainly by the government and cost in excess of 20 million dollars until the closure of the program in 1995. It is now funded exclusively by private means and continues the research to this day. Now in its twentieth year, it has been a hive of activity in the parapsychology field and has conducted thousands of research tests to prove the existence and usage of ESP and other psychic phenomena. Its primary goal was to investigate such things as precognition, clairvoyance, remote viewing and psycho kinesis. Below I have detailed the mission statement of the CSL.
The mission of the Cognitive Sciences Laboratory is three-fold: to use the tools of modern behavioral, physiological, and physical sciences to:
Determine which parapsychological phenomena can be validated under strict laboratory conditions.
Understand their mechanisms.
Examine the degree to which they might contribute to practical applications.
The laboratory is a center for interdisciplinary research devoted to understanding a wide range of human experience. In addition to exploring Para psychological phenomena, the Cognitive Sciences Laboratorys charter extends to allied fields such as consciousness research, cognitive neuroscience, perception, physiology, psychology and physics. http://www.lfr.org/LFR/csl/index.html
You can note from the above statement that the CSL has been actively involved in experimentation of psychic phenomena and even now in 2006 and 2007, you can get involved in their continuing experimentation.
There is no doubting it, the more we expand the understanding of human consciousness, the more we will seek further answers. From the time when no one believed we could ever communicate by any other means than speech we now have the internet that lives in a consciousness of its own. We also have mobile communications that have evolved from Alexander Graham Bells own invention the telephone. We have moved in leaps and bounds and achieved an understanding of the impossible and now scientists are expanding that consciousness with further experimentation.
For many years, Government intelligence agencies have experimented with psychic phenomena. They have used psychics, Scientists and experts of the mind to further their advances in the fight against crime and terrorism. Every experiment done has been top secret until now and the scientists involved have remained silent until now. One famous investigation was that of project STARGATE the American Armys investigation into remote viewing.
One of the main operatives in this project was Joseph McMoneagle, author of The Remote Viewing Handbook, Hampton Roads 2000. He was subjected to rigorous testing in the laboratory along with other individuals that had psychic abilities. Joseph spent almost 15 years at the Cognitive Science Lab (CSL) as a research associate and subject. He worked in an operational capacity until the closure of Project STARGATE in 1995. It is important to note that no Government agency would throw resources into an operation of this sort had the scientific evidence not been there to warrant it. Dale E. Graff, was a former director of project STARGATE and a Physicist whose scientific research has evolved into various best selling books.
