The tremendous importance of this book to God's end time harvest is beyond measure. True to Dr. Cerullo's observation, God's great wealth transfers all have started with a dream.

When Dr. Cerullo speaks of a dream, he is not speaking of a mere daydream. It is a vision of biblical proportions. Surely Joseph had such a vision, and Moses with the burning bush. In that same way, Solomon's night vision at Gibeon preceded the great wealth transfer of his day.

I know Dr. Cerullo has had such a vision. I can remember the tremendous change that came into his life and ministry when it came. With him it was a monumental visiona billion souls being reached for our Lord. It was so big it staggered the imaginations of most who heard it. However, to those of us who look to him as a true end time prophet of God, we opened our spirits for God's instructions and enablings . I carefully chose the word " enablings " because when God starts speaking in terms of billions of souls, the financial implications are staggering.

Plainly put, it will cost billions of dollars to reach the billions of souls in Mission To All The World. Don't be dismayed at these astronomical numbers, for the cost of the end time harvest comes as no surprise to God.

When the Lord speaks of the fields being white to the harvest, he also alerts us to the financial implications:

"...Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers... "

(Luke 10:2)

Notice the prayer is not that the laborers merely be called, but that they be sent. One of the greatest tragedies I have witnessed in the worldwide harvest of souls is that there are so many people who are called and so few dollars to send them forth.

Now, at long last, a light comes on at the end of the tunnel of time as a divinely inspired dream once again is sent to God's end time prophet. It is a dream of world evangelism on a scale never before imagined. A dream of outreach that without God's supernatural enablings would financially collapse the Church.

However, with the vision also comes a faithful promise of God's long-awaited answer to the shortage the Church has been caught up in. It is God's great end time wealth transfer.

As Dr. Cerullo so accurately stated, the greatest gathering of wealth ever known to man is, at this very moment, in storage here on earth, The billions and trillions of dollars that the mega fat cats of this world have stacked up are ready for redistribution by God himself!

With more people alive on planet earth today than have lived and lied since the world began, this store of mega wealth awaits a can-do, can-believe-it people. And thank God that army of people is on the earth today!

To my knowledge, only one man of God has dared to lead God's people into boldly becoming proof producers and world harvesters. Only one man has relentlessly gone into the nations of the world and forged a great victorious end-time army. It's an army that is ready, rilling and able to do the work of God in these last days. I thank God He has allowed me, and tens of thousands of others, to be a part of his army that doesn't stagger at God's promises. I also thank God He las given us a proven leader like Dr. Morris Cerullo .

Ever since my first days with Dr. Cerullo , I have seen him take the little people of God and turn them into spiritual giants. Pastors of small churches who, under the influence of the new anointing Dr. Cerullo so powerfully delivers, have become pastors of some of the world's largest churches.

Evangelists who have struggled simply to exist, now hold great national crusades. People just like you who now live victorious lives with Satan firmly placed under their feet.

After seeing all this over the last 20 years, it came as no surprise to me that the revelation of God's great end time wealth transfer would be given to Morris Cerullo .

As I read the manuscript of this book, the following verse came to mind:

...How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken? When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken...thou shalt not be afraid of [respect] him.

(Deuteronomy 18:21-22)

You simply have to hear the facts to know that Morris Cerullo is a true prophet of God.

Prior to the great shaking of the Church and the scandals that beset Jim Bakker, Marvin Gorman and Jimmy Swaggart , Dr. Morris Cerullo spoke that the great end time shaking was coming. I personally know he went to some of these leaders and tried to persuade them to change their course. After that, he openly prophesied of the proof producers who would emerge from the shaken Church. This also came to pass and can be seen as some of the greatest men ever to stand in pulpits are now preaching the Gospel across the world.

I know during the past twenty-five years, as most religious leaders were writing off the Soviet Union as a lost cause, the prophet, Morris Cerullo , boldly prophesied for fourteen years in a row, in the world-famous Royal Albert Hall, in London, England, before 7,000 people year after year, that the communist curtain would come down and all the Slovac countries of Europe would hear the Gospel of Christ.

On this past record, and the overwhelming proof of the infallibility of the Word of God, I, along with many other men of God, rejoice and lift up my eyes looking for this great end time wealth transfer to begin.

It's real, it's here and it's now.

During history, there have been three great wealth transfers that were so massive, so important, they were recorded in the Bible.

God recorded these for several purposes:

To let us know that the medium of exchange to ensure the blessings from God to our lives are important to him whether it is cattle, livestock, grain, oil, wine...Or money! As Solomon said:

"...money answereth all things.

(Ecclesiastes 10:19)

To encourage us that His will is to bless us. (III John 2)

To teach us about the things He has done so we will erect spiritual memorials to His glory.

God not only transferred wealth in the past, but He has promised that in the future He would take the wealth of the wicked (the world) and transfer it to the righteous.

A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

(Proverbs 13:22)

Partner, this precious promise reveals the heart of Godand

His will for His people.

God wants to bless us with the wealth of the world for two reasons. First, it does not belong to them. The Bible says, "For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills." (Psalm 50:10) Second, that we might use mammon for the glory of God, to preach the Gospel to the far reaches of the earth.
