This part of the book is an instruction manual about how to get rid of chronic pain.
This part of the book is unreferenced.
You can go to the library or the internet and find lots of studies that support the information you are about to read.
Those studies dont matter.
You can also find lots of studies that refute the information you are about to read.
Those studies dont matter either.
This book is based on my many years of practice, practicing to find what works in the elimination of pain.
Not the treatment of pain. Lots of people are doing that.
Ive learned a thing or two while practicing on people.
These are my observations.
If you suffer with chronic pain, youve been to doctors who have practiced on you.
But here you are.
Here is another approach that your doctors have not tried.
The fastest way to get results with this book is to skip to , read the names of the 10 chapters (ingredients), then do what the chapters say.
Do that for 90 days and you will have completed your own study.
And only one study matters.
Only your study matters.
This study has produced excellent results for many people.
Many of those people had no hope.
There is always hope.
I hope you have the same experience.
If you follow the instructions in this book, you will know if the information is valid or not.

This program is rote.
Please dont over-think it.

The chapters are listed from one to ten in order of importance, like the ingredients list on a package of processed food.
The first ingredient on an ingredients list occupies the highest percentage of stuff in the container theres a teeny bit of the last ingredient.
The first chapter is the most important instruction, and so on down the list.
You may eliminate your chronic pain by doing only the first and second chapters, or maybe three or four.
The best chance of eliminating chronic pain is accomplished by doing the entire list for 90 days.

Part One: Ingredients
1. Do It Now
Dont try these instructions.
People who are trying to quit smoking, or trying to get some exercise, are still smoking and not exercising.
Trying = not doing it.
Dont try.
Do it now.
Exercise programs dont work.
Diet programs dont work.
This program doesnt work.
They only work if you work.
Dont do it tomorrow.
Dont do it next week.
Dont start after you use up all of your bad food.
This is the first chapter and the most important.
You can start now and continue reading.
The following instructions mean nothing, unless you
do it now.
2. Dont Eat Casein
Casein is found in dairy foods, and many non-dairy foods.
Dairy foods are made from cows milk.
All foods made from, or made with cows milk, contain casein. (goats milk also contains casein)
Casein is the most common cause of pain.
All foods are made of protein, fat, and carbohydrate.
The fat and carbohydrate portion of milk are not factors in pain.
Butter is milk fat and has no casein.
(Skim milk and low fat milk contain casein)
The protein faction of milk is made up of three main proteins:
Casein
Lactoalbumin
Lactoglobulin
The last two proteins make up whey.
Reactions to whey are very rare.
The carbohydrate portion of milk is lactose.
Lactose intolerance is digestive upset caused by lactose.
Most digestive upset is lactose intolerance
Lactose intolerance and casein allergic reactions are not related.
You can have one without the other.
Lactose free milk (Lactaid) contains casein and must be avoided.
Many non dairy foods contain casein.
Foods that contain caseinate cause pain.
Sodium caseinate, calcium caseinate, any kind of caseinate causes pain.
Most coffee creamers, like Cremora and Coffeemate contain casein in the form of sodium caseinate.
Flavored coffee creamers contain caseinate.
Ensure contains caseinate.
Cool Whip contains caseinate.
Many protein shakes contain caseinate.
Caseinate must be avoided to eliminate pain.
The most common food allergen is casein.
Most headaches are reactions to casein.
Most back pain is caused by casein.
Most arthritis is caused by casein.
Rhematoid arthritis is allergy usually to casein.
Nerve pain is caused by casein (sciatica, carpal tunnel).
Recurrent ear infections in children is allergy to casein.
Asthma is allergy usually to casein.
