My sole purpose for writing this book is my burning desire to help people. Over 350 million people in the world, of which nearly 70 million reside in the USA, suffer from this debilitating, devastating, and disabling disease.

To make matters worse, the medical community states that arthritis is a disease that has NO KNOWN CURE! They have no cure for 350,000,000 people? Their only answer is to take aspirin, pain killers and shots to help with the excruciating pain. If you cant stand the pain, they will suggest a major joint replacement.

One medical doctor once told me when your pain gets so bad you cant stand it - photo 6

One medical doctor once told me, when your pain gets so bad you cant stand it, come see me and I will perform knee arthroplasty (replacement)!

I find this utterly ridiculous and certainly no answer for the millions suffering!
I am telling my honest story hoping that at least one, perhaps many more sufferers of ARTHRITIS, will be able to get the same relief I have finally found.

Do you feel ...
Fatigued, worn out, aching joints, depressed, irritable, listless, lack of energy, always tired, no ambition, lack of appetite, not interested in going places and doing things, overall lack of desire, unexpected weight loss, basic dont give a s##t feeling and attitude? If this describes you or a family member, friend or acquaintance, you may be excited and thrilled to read my personal true story!

CHAPTER 1

MY STORY

I am not a doctor nor do I have any connection to the medical establishment whatsoever. I am an American citi- zen who over time developed arthritis and was determined to improve my health naturally and without drugs and surgery!

MY EARLY DAYS

As a young man, I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire, did everything that young people enjoyed in those good old days. I played baseball, football, golf, bowling. I ice skated, skied, enjoyed swimming, etc.

After high school graduation I attended Boston University and graduated with a - photo 7

After high school graduation, I attended Boston University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration along with a US Army commission as a Second Lieutenant.

The next few years were dedicated to serving in the United States Military. In various capacities and commands from Indiana, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, New York to Massachusetts, completing my active duty as a 1st Lieutenant / Commanding Officer of a STRAC ARMY Unit.

After military service, my wife and I settled in Massachusetts close to our families. I began my business management career, and started a family. Like most people my age, we purchased a home in the suburbs and commuted to our jobs. Long hours at work, commuting back and forth, spending time with the family, and upkeep of our home kept us busy.

In time we had the opportunity to relocate back to New Hampshire where we built our home in the southern part of the state. Over the years I had management positions in several fields - electronics, military hardware, consumer products, computers, hospitality.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Fast forwarding to more current times, I returned to management in the retail sector in southern New Hampshire. This is most likely where my physical problems started and continued to develop into rheumatoid arthritis, probably due to many long days resulting in years walking on concrete floors.

The aches and pains started very slowly, so slowly I did not even realize anything was wrong. A normal day for me was working in the retail industry and being on my feet all day.

I assumed it was just a result of the daily grind, and since I was growing older I thought nothing of it. This condition continued to progress over time. At first, I was absolutely unaware that anything bad was beginning.

I am not the type of guy to go to the doctor, unless its an accident or something life threatening. Therefore, you can imagine I was NOT going to see any doctor for anything as silly as this!

As my knee began to really bother me, friends and acquaintances would occasionally ask if I was okay? You seem to limp a little. I answered Im fine. Its nothing to worry about, but thanks for your concern.

As time went by, some days I would feel good and at other times, it would hurt a lot. Occasionally, I would take aspirin, when the pain was severe. Mostly, I thought it was a strain or muscle pull and that it would GO AWAY!

But, although some days it didnt bother me, it really never went away. Because of my dislike for medical doctors and old Yankee stubbornness, I wanted to heal myself.

I began to read everything I could find about the pain I was experiencing (possibly arthritis): books, magazines, internet references. I found many extremely interesting ideas, thoughts, theories, studies, references, reports, investigations.

FRIENDLY ASSISTANCE

As the months went on, many friends and acquaintances in privacy would say, I have a good friend who had a similar situation as yours and he had a procedure done on his knee in a local hospital and he recovered from the operation and is now doing well and has gained back all his mobility. They would even give me the names and phone numbers of these friends and surgeons in case I wanted to ask any questions. People were always thoughtful and caring in their advice and helpfulness.
