I was training for the Olympics in cross-country skiing. In my twice-daily workouts, I imagined my dream coming true: I would race for Canada in my third Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

The only things that could stop me were my mental and physical health problems. For two years, Id had a very difficult relationship with food. I needed to find the balance between feelings and food in order to get my mind and body working together.

Enter nutrition coach extraordinaire Georgie Fear.
