Introduction
This hypnosis is carefully drafted considering personal experiences in regard to rapid weight loss. Personally, I hate reading about those diets that claim to be the best for you, when in reality, they do quite the opposite. I have been working on the concept of rapid weight loss from quite a while now and have discovered that hypnosis can work well than other techniques can. My research and practical adoptions to self-hypnosis have helped me lose weight, and now I want to help those who are seeking help. There exists hope, and focused hypnosis can help you lose weightin a short time span.
One important aspect that every person should keep in mind is that you can lose weight with a focused mindyes, you read it right. Let me explain. The more youll focus on the hypnosis and to the little details, the more itll become easy for you to continue with it. Its all mind game. You dont have to tell your brain that you are going on a diet or that you are eating less. If youll keep reminding yourself about eating less or that you havent eaten anything solid in a day, your mind will keep those messages as negative ones and will eventually lead you to think that you are hungry and you need to eat more. Thus, it will result in you eating more and, finally, cheating on your diet plan. What you will do is to tell yourself that you can lose weight and that you can go through this situation. Shift your focus and energies into this thought by staying calm and relaxed.

I am here to make you feel comfortable and at peace. Just go with the flow, try hard to relax, and focus on what you are hearing. Be yourself. Dont consciously force your mind to relax. You will eventually start to feel relaxed once we go forward with this. Keep lying down in a comfortable position, and take deep breaths. Your unconscious mind is waiting for so many unanswered questions, and the answers will heal you. They will heal your mind and soul. So just listen, as there are many important reasons that you are here today, listening to this, believing that this is the answer to your thoughts.
You will lose extra carbs and fat, your body will feel healthy, and you will feel calm and light. Dont you want this to happen? Yes, you do. This will happen. You are already in the process of doing so. Just stay calm, and take deep breaths. Stretch out your back and your shoulders, and turn your head from side to side, allowing your body to sink deeper down. Allow the eyelids to gently close if they havent already. I need you to try and shift your focus on the sound of my voice and let your mind, body, and soul relax. You are here because you want to get rid of any excess weight that is unhealthy for your body. You are the controller of your body, and you will eventually transform it into the way you want it to be. Keep listening to my voice.
