Millions of people around the globe are struggling with excess weight gain and even obesity. Especially now, when people are being asked to stay home for extended periods of time, sedentary lifestyles are more and more prevalent. Because of this and because of the excess of foods that are widely available, coupled with many other personal factors that could be at play in your life, the risk for weight gain has never been higher.

For many, weight gain is something that has been somewhat of a constant throughout their lives. There are millions of people who have struggled with all the latest fad diets, who have tried and tried to keep their weight down over the years, only to slip and end up even heavier than they were when they started their latest diet.

If you have grappled with your weight for quite some time, youre not alone. If youre very new to weight gain and youre looking to bring yourself back to where you used to be, then the methods in this book are a wonderful alternative to surgeries and drastic weight loss measures.

Weight loss surgery can cost tens of thousands of dollars and it can take weeks to recover from even the most successful operation. With the costs of medical care, the pain of surgery, and the difficult recovery, weight loss surgery can be a daunting prospect and it can make the topic of weight loss seem even harder and scarier than it generally needs to be.

Those subconscious things (which can range anywhere from you telling yourself that you absolutely cannot lose weight to self-sabotaging behaviors) just crop up throughout your entire effort, making you feel like the fight is an impossible one to win. It makes you feel like you simply cannot reach your goals, no matter how hard you try.

Now, how are you supposed to succeed if you dont even know that youre getting in your own way? How are you supposed to have a positive experience with your weight loss when you dont even know that your own mind is working hard against you at every turn? The answer is to access that subconscious mind and to make conscious changes to the things its doing.

By knowing what your subconscious mind is doing and by insisting that it only do positive and helpful things, you can significantly boost your chances for weight loss success. The beautiful thing about being able to change your subconscious mind as well is that its not just limited to weight loss! You can change your mind about anything at all .
