Choose a time and a place where you can be quiet and undisturbed for half an hour to listen to the trance. After listening to the trance, avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.

Maintenance

Maintenance Step 1

Listen to the Gastric Band Installation Trance to adjust your band at least once a month until you have maintained your target weight for at least six months.

Maintenance Step 2

Reread the book and listen to the Preoperative Instructions as often as you wish to get a boost of positive reinforcement.

Maintenance Step 3

Keep practicing the Havening technique (using the video download or ), and use it whenever you need to reduce stressful emotions or improve your well-being.

Maintenance Step 4
