It doesnt matter if you have smoked all your life, if you have tried to quit many times before and failed, or if you dont believe this system will work for you. All you have to do is follow my instructions fully and completely and you will never smoke again. Not only that, you will do so with a sense of near effortlessness and you will be highly unlikely to gain any weight.

When I was discussing with my publisher why my quit-smoking system was different from others, I mentioned that people are highly unlikely to put on weight because it treats the core reason why people smoke, not just the symptom. In fact, a recent study revealed that only 3 percent of the people using my system to quit smoking gained any weight at all, and over 6 percent actually lost weight while quitting smoking.

I have spent the last 20 years studying human behavior and developing this revolutionary approach to quitting smoking without gaining weight. I know exactly why you smoke and how to stop it for good.
