The ketogenic diet, colloquially known as the keto diet, isa popular diet that is referred to by many other names, including low carb-highfat (LCHF) diet and low carbohydrate diet.

What is the Goal of a Keto Diet?

The objective of a ketogenic dietis to make you lose weight rapidly by attacking your routine diet plan.
