Glen E. Clarke, MCSE, MCSD, MCITP, MCT, CCNA, CEH, CHFI, SCNP, CISSO, Security+, Network+, A+ is an independent trainer and consultant, focusing on network security and security auditing services. Robb H. Tracy (CNA, CNE, CNI, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+) has been a professional technology instructor and courseware developer since 1996. He has designed and implemented technical training products and curricula for major hardware and software vendors, including Novell, Micron Technology, TestOut, Messaging Architects, and Motorola. Edward Tetz graduated in 1990 from Saint Lawrence College in Cornwall, Ontario, with a degree in business administration. He spent a short time in computer sales and support. Some of the certifications Edward holds include Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), A+, ITIL Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management (IT Infrastructure Library), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), and Chauncey Groups Certified Technical Trainer (CTT). During his work experience, he has supported Apple Macintosh, IBM OS/2, Linux, Novell NetWare, and all Microsoft operating systems from MS-DOS to Windows 2012, as well as hardware from most of the major vendors.
