This book is dedicated to all the individuals who have made a difference in my life. To my Dad, for instilling in me a love of teaching and of all things mechanical. To my Mom, for teaching me the value of hard work and devotion. To my mentor, Dennis Simmons, for teaching me to strive for excellence in all I do. To my wife and best friend, for supporting and loving me through the process of writing this book.
