About the Author
Pamela Cuthbert is an award-winning food writer and editor published in Macleans, Saveur, The Walrus, The Toronto Star, The Economist, Common Dreams, and elsewhere. A past editor with Time Out Toronto, she has also contributed to other books, including The Edible City and the Slow Food Almanac. A native Torontonian, she lives in her hometown with her husband and young son.
