Ray Francis first book,Never Be Sick Again, helped thousands of people put their incurable diseases into remission and enabled thousands more to shed excess weight, improve their cholesterol profiles, and achieve peak immunity from disease. Now Francis brings his revolutionary approach to anyone who wants to enjoy robust health and wellness and reverse accelerated aging.
As Francis explains, just like an automobile, the body ages as a result of accumulated repair deficits, or a lack of maintenance. Fortunately, the human body is a self-repairing system, and in this latest book, Francis shows readers how to stay in good repair and keep the aging process at bay. His revolutionary approach counters the one-size-fits-all approach of most conventional anti-aging treatments on the market by targeting specific imbalances that manifest through aging symptoms. Botox injections, plastic surgery, and even hormone-replacement therapies dont yield meaningful results because they fail to activate the bodys self-repair mechanisms; whats more, sometimes these treatments compound the problem by introducing additional toxins into the body.Never Feel Old Againprovides a fundamental understanding of why we experience accelerated aging and teaches readers to look and feel their best and be healthy at any age.

You Dont Have to Be Sick If You Take
Responsibility for Your Health

A s I write this, Pope Benedict XVI has resigned from the papal office, becoming the first pope to do so in nearly 700 years. His resignation sent shock waves throughout the world and has been attributed to his worsening health problems.

Pope Benedict is 85 years old. Sadly, his failing health is the norm for so many senior citizens today, as well as for much of our population in general. In fact, its commonly accepted by the majority of people today that illness and eventual decrepitude is part and parcel of growing older. And with very good reason, for there is no question that the incidence of disease and disabilities increases with each passing decade of life for most people who are alive today throughout the Western world. As a result, in the United States alone, sales of prescription drugs account for over 13 percent of our nations health care expenditures, with the majority of those sales being made to men and women who are 50 and older. Consider these shocking statistics:

62 percent of all Americans incur annual expenses for prescription drugs.

And among people age 65 or older, that rate jumps up to a whopping 90 percent!

And thats just the tip of the iceberg. In his book , Generation Rx: How Prescription Drugs Are Altering American Lives, Minds, and Bodies , author Greg Critser cites the following facts:

The average number of prescriptions drugs used per person, per year, in 1993 was seven.

The average number of prescriptions drugs used per person, per year, in 2000 was eleven.

The average number of prescriptions drugs used per person, per year, in 2004 was twelve.

Mr. Critser published his book in 2005. Since that time, the figures above have likely risen even further. Clearly there is something seriously wrong with this picture. Especially given the fact that, despite the enormous amount of money spent on health care costs in the U.S. each year, as a nation we continue to get sicker and sicker and now rank at the bottom of the health index of industrialized nations.
