It contains scenarios and ideas related to a way of loving that includes safe and consensual discipline administered by a caring Mistress to her willing slave. If youre not sure where your mans personal boundaries are, talk things through in advance and arrange a safe-word that he can use to call a halt if things get too much.

Do not proceed with any activity until you are sure it is safe, sane and consensual.

The ideas in this book are suggestions. Theres never any need for you to do anything youre uncomfortable with or to go further than you desire. Dont allow your submissive partner to pressure you into activities you dont enjoy. In the long run, that cant work for either of you.

You will need two types of coin-like token.

You can easily find these for sale online; gambling chips or gaming tokens (including antique or historical ones, if youd like something a bit different) are ideal. If you wish, get your submissive man to do the research and purchasing leg-work subject to your final approval, of course!

Designate one style of token for reward and one for punishment. If you can, make the choice symbolic gold- or silver-colored tokens for rewards, perhaps, and plainer-looking ones for punishment.

Keep a supply of tokens about your person and hand him rewards and punishments as appropriate. Or, if youd like it to be a surprise, quietly slip one into his pocket.

If appropriate, explain what he did to earn each punishment token (unless it ought to be obvious). He is to remember the infraction and enter it into the later. Each token whose cause he cant remember counts as an extra infraction.

At the end of each week (or other period) make him account for his tokens before returning them to you, and him as appropriate.

If he ends up with more punishment than reward tokens at the end of the period, assign him an extra punishment. As time goes on, you may adjust this so that he has to work harder to avoid punishment in future weeks. For example, inform him that you expect him to have at least two more reward tokens than punishment tokens.

Instruct him to run you a bath. He should add your preferred kind of bubbles or bath salts, check the water temperature, light candles, make everything as you like it. He is to place a small bell at the side of the bath. Make sure he has the information and materials he needs to prepare everything properly.

While you are preparing to enter the bath he is to choose your fluffiest bath towel, setting it to warm if necessary.

Tell him that you expect him to meet you with the warm towel as you emerge from the bath, but in the meantime he is to go off to attend to some secondary chore that you consider important. Explain the punishment he faces if he disappoints you in any way. Make it something he would prefer to avoid. Since this is a bathroom scenario, how about a cold shower? Or perhaps being assigned to scrub the bathroom until everything sparkles? Or, give him the choice and then decide whether to go along with his request or to compel him into accepting the alternative anyway.

When you have soaked for long enough, ring for him if hes not already there. The fact that you had to ring means that he was not attentive enough, so a punishment will be due. He may also earn a punishment if he did not complete the secondary chore to your satisfaction. The final way he can earn a punishment is by disturbing you through intrusive checking or by arriving too early with the towel.

If he manages everything gracefully and in a timely manner, consider rewarding him.

Note: because of the time element, this is a difficult task. You will achieve maximum erotic tension by making it seem challenging but possible, so help him out if you wish by providing some clues or cooperation:

• Leave the bathroom door ajar so that he can unobtrusively check on you.
• Assign a secondary chore that is not too demanding and that can be frequently interrupted.
• Help him out by listening for his approach and adjusting your timing, as long as hes reasonably close to what you wanted.
• Play some soft, relaxing music of suitable duration as you soak, so that by listening carefully he can judge when its about to end.
• Order him to figure out a way of safely monitoring the water temperature from elsewhere in your home (temperature monitors are available for hot tubs and pools) so he can judge when your bath is cooling off. If he starts relaxing and taking things too much for granted, toy with him by removing the sensor from the hot water.

As suggested above, you might sometimes choose to be capricious and to make the task difficult or impossible (it should seem possible to him as he goes about his business; the fact that youve decided to make things more than usually challenging is your little secret). It can be more fun for both of you, if you behave slightly differently from time to time.

When you call an open-minded and trusted girlfriend, have him make the call on your behalf, as if he were your secretary or personal assistant. He has to greet your friend politely and explain that you have told him to call her before handing the phone to you.

Obviously, you need to be sure that the recipient of the call is not going to be freaked out by this!

If this doesnt seem challenging enough, consider pushing him further. Maybe have him remove some or all of his clothes before making the call; once hes conveniently exposed you should find it easy perform some stimulating and distracting activity of your choice, while he tries to carry out his conversation

Train him to respond to signals from your preferred instrument of correction as he goes down on you.
