While designing this workbook, I felt called to share my personal secrets to journaling and manifesting. I wanted this book to stand out amongst the others on the market. I wanted it to be a deep reflection of YOU: original, vibrant, an individual.

Each page of this book has its own unique layout, created with love. Our amazing graphic designer, Jacqueline Joseph, poured her heart into this book. She turned a simple idea into a gorgeous creative experience for you. Thank you, Jacqueline!

Throughout the book, youll also find inspirational coloring pages created by our illustrator, BriAnne Larsen. Her lofty, feminine illustrations will provide opportunity to reflect through coloring meditation practice. These illustrations are carefully placed within the book to allow you to sink into a deep meditative state after heavy self-reflection exercises. I invite you to fill the blank illustrations with vibrant colors. Take your time. Let your creative energy flow onto the page. At the end of the book, youll find copies of each coloring page. Before you turn the page, I ask that you keep the below in mind throughout the process of creating abundance:

1. Remember that every detail of this workbook was placed with intention. If you find yourself feeling disconnected from a question or struggling to understand a journal prompt, do not evaluate and judge yourself or grow frustrated; just work through it.

2. Know that you are doing significant work within your soul even when you are struggling to put pen to paper.

3. Journaling, when done correctly, is a deep form of meditation. Do not judge your practice.

4. There is no wrong way to fill out this workbook. You can navigate each section quarterly a business, there is no one right way to get what you want in life. Everyone travels a journey all their own, so listen to your soul and do what feels right.

I think its important that I share my journey with you before you dive into this book. After all, how could you feel truly comfortable trusting me if you dont know anything about how I ended up here writing this book for you?

I am Lauren Eliz Love, the founder of the brand Badass Business Babe and the CEO of a multiple-six-figure coaching business. I teach aspiring entrepreneurs how to make money.

Why do I do it? Because back when I started my journey as an entrepreneur, I had no effing clue how to make it happen. And that totally sucked.

Back in 2015, I was a broadcast news producer working the overnight shift. I produced television news from midnight to nine oclock in the morning. And all the while, I felt this fire in my soul. I wanted to do something big with my life. I wanted to write books, to speak to crowds, to help people. I could see myself building a website and designing courses that would help women all over the world to overcome the tough shit theyd been through and go on to live the lives they wanted for themselves.

I had been through some serious tough shit myself: rape, depression, alcoholism, anxiety, trauma, broke-as-a-joke living, marriage to a drug addict. (The details are for a later book.) Like many other life business babes who become life coaches, I had been through so much in my life that I felt called to help other women navigate theirs.

I decided to abandon the corporate job Id held for five years. I jumped right into running my own business with no backup plan. And I went broke.

I pulled all of my 401K money to grow my business and lost all of it. I put all of my shit in storage. I slept on a mattress on the floor of my boyfriends parents house for a year. (We made sacrifices, for sure.)

Eventually, I figured it out. Today, as I write this (2018) Badass Business is a 40K/month business. Now its your turn to grow them empire!
