Why is it that experts seem to pack on aesthetic muscle and drop unpleasing fat on autopilot...
...while others struggle day in and day out, exhausted, starving, sore, and defeated?

If you guessed that "they spend hours lifting, doing cardio, and counting calories," you'd be wrong.

If you guessed that "they won the genetic lottery," you'd still be wrong.

You might be closer, but you're probably thinking of "influencers" and "bros,"... not fitness and nutrition experts.

In fact, it's that kind of thinking that holds most people back.

Thinking that you need to do all these things and buy all these special supplements just to make a dent in your physique journey is what causes failure, heads to spin, and years of effort and paychecks flushed down the drain with nothing more than a nagging desire to take the cheating way out and book an appointment with a plastic surgeon or take a Photoshop course.

I know this struggle first hand.

I wasn't blessed with golden muscle-building genetics. I had to work hard both inside the gym and inside the books to finally get to where I am today.

When I first started, I tried everything under the sun. I lifted heavy, I lifted light, I did HIIT, I worked out until I was drained of energy and sore, I ate chicken with broccoli and rice, I guzzled protein shakes, I did circuits, and everything in between.

Yet, nothing seemed to work.

I still remember the exact day I realized I needed to make a change. I had been doing everything the bodybuilders and influencers had said to do for the past 6 months. I was working as hard as I could, fatigued every day, eating boring, bland meals.

Yet, as I sat there on my bed looking at my before and after photos, I couldn't tell which one was which.

My stomach sank, thinking I had wasted all that time working hard and getting nowhere, that I had been tricked out of my time, my money, and my confidence.

However, my failure had a silver lining.

It got me thinking, and it started me on a path to finding the truth, what research says is the best method for building an amazing body, and how to help other people get there.

After years of taking the most respected courses, reading the top overly scientific books, attending seminars, training with professional bodybuilders, and getting trained by collegiate coaches, I realized two things...

First, most programs are designed to fail.

In fact, that fitness plan you found online or bought from that so-called "fitness expert" completely ignores the root of the problem and leaves you busting your butt in the gym and getting lackluster results, so you still think twice before revealing your body in a bathing suit in public.

Second, most programs are designed for the average person.

They are made to be perfect for everyone and therefore are perfect for no one. The main goal of most programs is to get you to work out and eat healthy but not to give you what you need to build an amazing-looking body.

The kind of body that draws attention and respect from the beach to the board room has beautifully sculpted muscles in all the right locations to give your body a flow about it that naturally separates you from the average gym-goer.

It's the body that people strive for and admire, with a low enough body fat percentage to uncover and show the separation between each little muscle, the kind of body that most people give up on because of genetics or feel is impossible to attain without giving up their happiness

...however, it's the programs that have failed them, made for the average person.

So...

If you've been concerned that it's not possible to achieve the body and life of your dreams because of your genetics, time, or for any other reason, I want you to throw those ideas out the window.

But what if I told you that they didn't get results because they know what they're doing?

...But rather, they are getting AWAY with results despite making silly mistakes?

What's worse is that they often deceive their followers by taking steroids and Photoshopping their pictures. Then they sell you bogus cookie-cutter programs that only work for people who won the genetic lottery like them or for absolute newbies.
