Its 2:09 a.m. Im tired, yet wide awake.
I just spent the past hour scrolling through social media, slowly getting angrier and angrier until it all boiled over.
Now, here I am.
Sitting down to write a book to help the people who are stuck where I used to be.

The person who blames your genetics, metabolism, or willpower, and is tired of having to work twice as hard for half the results.
Youve bought cookie-cutter plans, hired personal trainers, been burned by supplement companies.

Because I know these struggles all too well.
In fact, if you told me just a few short years ago that I would be writing a book on how to build muscle, I would have told you you were crazy.
I was always the skinny guy who could never put on muscle. I was a great athlete, and even wrestled in college for a top 10 NCAA Division 1 program, but I was never muscular. I had great endurance and leverage that worked for me.
Eventually, just like most people who start their muscle-building journey, I got tired of what I looked like in the mirror, so I began my long journey of failure trying to build a body like those on social media and fitness magazines.
After sticking to a strict diet, working out as hard as I could, following every cookie-cutter program that some popular influencer promoted, and guzzling down any supplement that promised me results...
I can still remember my heartbreak when I compared my before and after pictures and couldnt even tell which was which...
I remember it clearly because that was the day that everything changed for me...
I decided to get a real strength training and nutrition education through reading every scientific book, taking online courses, attending seminars, and training with professional strength training coaches and bodybuilders.
After years of studying, training, and helping others, I decided it was finally time to simplify the secrets experts used to maximize their muscle growth.
