Since memory is composed of the past, present, and future, I would like to first dedicate this book in honor of my parents, Max and Ann Felberbaum, who during their lifetime provided me with a wonderful childhood filled with love and devotion. They will always be in my heart and memory.
To my wife, Jeanie, who has been my love, my best friend, and my true inspiration to write this book. This work is the culmination of the joy she has brought to my life all these years. My love for her is infinite.
To my son, Bob, and my daughter, Nancy, whom I love with all my heart and who have always been supportive of my ideas.
To my grandchildren, Catherine and Morgan: I love you very much. You are the memory of the future.

FOREWORD
I first met Frank 35 years ago in Geneva, Switzerland. We were both working for Investors Overseas Services (IOS), he as sales training manager and I as a consultant. IOS had become world famous as a giant financial conglomerate with representatives spread across the globe.
As I sat in the back of the conference training room watching Frank go around the large, U-shaped configuration of tables and chairs, asking each of 100 participants from around the world to stand and introduce themselves by stating their names and countries of origin, I thought, Why is he wasting all this precious time? (I had taught countless instructors in my train-the-trainer workshops to dispense with introductions if the group has more than 16 participants.)
