So you must always remember, baby steps is how you start out. It is what ensures you move towards your goal steadily and dont stumble and fall down on the way. When you have the guts to dream of a big goal, also have the brains to know that it will take time and hard work. Move towards the goal slowly and steadily and you will get there. Keep in mind that you will not get everything you want instantly. Your efforts might not pay off for a few months or maybe even a year, but you have got to keep trying. This is a part of the process. Besides, if you are familiar with the 10,000 hour rule, you should know that any skill requires a certain amount of time put into practice for you to be really proficient in it.
