Pepper Lewis

Pepper Lewis is a world-renowned author, teacher and channel. She has been the primary voice for Mother Earth (Gaia) for over fifteen years and has carried Gaias unique wisdom and guidance to many corners of the globe. Her channeling is rich, clear and profound. Pepper is the author of dozens of audio programs and several books, including Gaia Speaks: Sacred Earth Wisdom , Gaia Speaks: Wisdom for an Awakening Humanity and Transition Now, Redefining Duality, 2012 and Beyond .

Pepper is passionate about passing her art on to others and has developed an exceptional program for teaching channeling to every skill level, from beginner to professional. Her unique methods are a blend of time-honored traditions with a few new twists on an ancient art. Pepper explains her passion as follows: Channeling continues to be a mutually enriching synthesis of prayer and meditation. In prayer, you offer gratitude and ask, and in meditation you receive answers. In channeling you can do both at the same time. It is the most fulfilling practice I know.

Pepper lives with her husband Glenn in the hills above Ashland, Oregon. She enjoys time spent in nature, gardening, reading and needlecraft, and an occasional motorcycle ride on a country road. Long before this book existed as it does now in its printed form, it still existed. It existed in my heart, in my mind and in my future timeline, which Mother Earth would reveal to me once in a while when life seemed particularly hard. As validation for its eventual birth, I felt both empowered and at peace whenever I would so much as sit with or add to the pages that Gaia had written through me.

Never has there been a time when I have been unsupported, unloved or alone, except by my own choosing. I have always been guided and assisted, not only by Mother Earth, but also by the wisdom of those who now read these words. I humbly thank you for helping me to hold the vision of an awakened, conscious, sentient and healthy planet Earth who is both our Mother and our partner in evolution.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to a few very special people who have encouraged and supported me throughout this endeavor, especially when the task at hand seemed bigger than I. My words to you are simple ones, but the depth of the well of feelings from which they emerge is limitless.

To Albert and Betty Keen, my mom and dad: Thank you for allowing me to unfold and develop my life in my own way, no matter how different it has been from your own. Thanks for letting me keep the rose-colored glasses I wore as a child. As you can see, I am still wearing them, and they have made all the difference.

To Bryce and Keenan, my two sons: You are my greatest loves and are a continual source of inspiration. Your unique interests have allowed me to explore and celebrate my own. Thank you for teaching me the meaning of unconditional love and reminding me that the child within each of us continues to be our greatest hope for the future.

To Rob: Your trust, patience, love and support mean the world to me. Long ago I dreamed that I would share my life with someone whose vision was similar to my own: the vision of a whole and healed planet where compassion and partnership were the norm rather than the exception. You added the words best friend to that dream and then made it come true.
