Professor Zhang was born in Shandongs Weifang City in November 1963. In 1985, he graduated from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Professor Zhang holds the positions of Vice-Dean of Basic Medical Theory (Beijing University of Chinese Medicine), Secretary-General for the Life Cultivation and Rehabilitation Committee and Secretary-General for the Chinese Culture Association. He has compiled and edited over 20 academic and educational works in his field. | |

Professor Chen graduated from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 1978. She went on to conduct extensive research and teaching work in this field, and is still doing so. Her works include over 20 theses on the topic of Chinese medicine and more than 20 compilations for which she has variously acted as editor-in-chief or editor. She has also hosted or participated in more than 20 national, bureau-level and school-level research challenges, and received numerous national research awards. | |
