The Book Terra Nullius is a struggle of an author between religions, cultures and ideologies. This book is written especially for the Muslim community of the South Asia because they know less about the historical conflict of Israel Palestine identity and land owning. The world media always broadcasts one sided story whenever the conflict arises between both nations. The history of Israel is thousands of years old and belongs to the land that is now called Israel. The modern Israel was founded in 1948 by the newly formed United Nation with the approval of majority members of the council. Till today, 163 of the 193 UN member states officially recognise the state of Israel as an only country of the Jewish people. The Arab countries, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabi and United Arab Emirates have normalised the relations with Israel. In this case, the Muslim community of the South Asia must realise the facts behind the conflict which are merely political not religious.

The views expressed in this book are of the author in his personal capacity.
I would like to acknowledge my great debt of gratitude to everyone who has made this volume possible. First, of course, I must thank to Luke Akehurst, director of We Believe in Israel, who granted a permission to add its booklet written by Professor Alan Johnson as a last chapter in my book.
I am also grateful to Chief Superintendent (Rt) Asher Ben Artzi, who served more than 30 years in the Israeli police and the Shin Bet, the Israeli security agency, for his review and also to Dr Nancy Kobrin, who is specialised in Early Childhood Development Jihadi, for her review of the book. I do not consider them as reviews but trust and enforcement on my research work.
I am also indebted, as always, to my best friend Paul Charney, Chairmain, Zionist Federation UK, who by his organisation arranged my official trip to Israel, along with my family that helped me in understanding the Israeli diverse society which lives side by side without any racism and prejudice. I learned so much from this trip and would never forget his favour.
Finally, I am very much thankful to my family, especially to my wife Farah Qureshi, who guided and supported me throughout my journey towards understating the facts about Israel and the Jewish nation. Without her enormous support, this book would never have been completed.
Author
This is not a book, but a journey to find the truth, what I learned, found and researched for more than two years. I started supporting Israels right to defend itself and her nation since 2014 when it launched the Operation Protective Edge. In the month of July 2014, I began to find out the truth about what exactly happens in Israel and why the world media turns against Israel.
Israel is the only land in the world which is widely noticeable than any other land so far. It is widely covered by the world media as well as the media of the Islamic world. The international media portrays Israel as a country that occupied most of its land and that it is the country that spreads terror around the world.
When I found the truth, I started writing articles in Israeli newspapers to educate the rest of my Muslim nation. But, when I proclaimed my adherence to the Zionist Federation UK, the world quickly changed around me. I became unknown to those who were known to me for years and years. I kept my effort in participating in the social media discourse and writing my articles and Op-Eds in different papers such as The Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, The Jewish Telegraph, The Jerusalem-Online and many more print and online newspapers of Israel.
This is the first book of mine on this topic and through reading the book, people will ascertain and know how powerful the truth is. This book will prompt those people in my community who are still hiding behind the veil and are scared of telling the truth due to fear of the people around them. Through this book, I invite those people living in Pakistan or the Pakistani community living in the UK to step out, defeat your fear and raise the voice of truth, because this is what I did.
In the book, I covered mostly all questions and queries people have in their minds or face when engaged in dialogue with anti-Israel and anti-Semitic activists. I have provided a cracking opportunity for my Pakistani community to read the book and understand the situation of the Pal-Israel conflict from the eyes of a Pakistani Muslim. Peace and relations between the state of Israel and the State of Pakistan is a powerful idea, together we will work hard to normalise these relations and create a peaceful and a mutually beneficial atmosphere where both nations will feel safe and secure meet and work together.
I received numerous emails, text messages, and social media requests imploring me to circulate my view, more widely, since the perspective I presented in my articles. When I finalised to establish my previous organisation (Pakistan Israel Alliance), I decided to publish my articles written especially for this volume in a short book, in order to make them more widely available in an easily accessible format, and to respond to the often erroneous and biased.
This is a short guide aimed at helping Pakistani Muslims of the UK and around the world to understand the brief introduction of Zionism and the current burning issue of Pal-Israel. In addition, parameters for identifying genuine facts of Israels multi-cultural and multi-religious society as well as misinformation regarding the state of Israel and Jews have been presented. This information in the way of publishing this book should enable the reader to recognise and be wary of hate propaganda spread by the international media and the Arabs hateful network against the peaceful nation of Israel.
In Pakistan and they grew with time but remained hidden from the public eye. The Pakistani establishment, as well as political leadership, sustained their objectives, whether national or personal. The readers will read the facts behind these hidden but strong relations between both states.
In , I have covered the worlds most sensitive topic on the worlds most infamous army, the IDF (Israel Defence Force). The IDF is very infamous in the world media due to their operations, whether these operations are in Gaza, West Bank, Syria, Iran or Lebanon, they are widely covered by the international media as well as the international community. I have not mentioned the entire role of IDF operations but covered the last Israel-Hamas war in 2014 in which nearly two thousand people died and the world started blaming these deaths on the IDF. I argue that the IDF does not deliberately target civilians or the civilian infrastructure anywhere in the world. I have stated facts that the IDFs Operation Protective Edge was not against Palestinians but against Hamas, the organisation that runs the Gaza strip and that is recognised as a terrorist organisation. I have also mentioned the IDFs code of ethics which prevents them to target civilians at any cost.
In , I have condemned by providing facts that the Pakistani community is not only anti-Zionism but is anti-Semitic as well. There were thousands of Jewish families that were living in Pakistan for centuries left the country, their houses and businesses due to the fear of persecution. Their places of worship were changed into cinemas and restaurants and their graveyards were destroyed along with their ancient history. I have highlighted their anti-Semitic actions as well as the mentality.
In Hamas is not a resistance movement or Islamic organisation but a terrorist organisation of the Kharijites.
In , I did not only condemn the Palestinians criminal actions (burning the trees and agriculture lands in Israel) but theologically rejected such acts because these acts cannot be justified in Islam whatsoever. Therefore, these acts come under terrorism and should be dealt with according to Law. Second, I have supported the ban of the call for prayers in Mosques openly by using loudspeakers. I have provided facts and examples that many Islamic countries have applied these laws to minimise the loudspeaker when using it for the call for prayers due to the disturbance of non-Muslims living around as well as concerns regarding noise pollution.
