Have you ever wondered why so many people from all walks of life go to YARD SALES? Me too! Now I know that it is because there is something for everyone. Are you missing a piece from your best dinner set? Maybe a cup, saucer, creamer, dinner plate, a salt or pepper shaker, dessert dish, juice glass, or an 8oz. glass, or whatever. Fear not, because if you go to yard sales I guarantee you will find it. Remember dont give up. Just because you dont find it the first weekend you go out to yard sales dont be discouraged. Youve got to keep going week after week after week. This is not for the faint-hearted or for those of you who give up easy. You must develop a character of patience.

BELIEVE ME IT WILL PAY OFF IN BIG DIVIDENDS SO PLEASE DONT GIVE UP.

I want to stop here for a minute and explain something. This is notI repeatNOT a get rich quick scheme nor do I profess this to be in any shape, manner, or form, something where you will become a millionaire in 30 days or less (which a lot of programs say will happen).

Believe me, I know from experience. First of all I want you to know that I am being honest with you. If you read my entire book word for word and digest every word that I have written I personally guarantee you success, but remember, you must heed every word as the gospel truth and do not deviate from this one way or the other and everything will work out fine.

Later at the end of this book, dont turn to the end of the book now, but you will see my HANDSHAKE GUARANTEE . Then you will know that I am not making this up. Enough said for now, I just wanted to set the record straight so you will get off to a truthful understanding. When you finish reading my book I dont want you to say Oh! What a bunch of garbage this is. BELIEVE ME you will thank me a million times after you have read this book and do word for word or idea for idea.

At this point I want to ask you a very simple question: Do you know of anyone who has ever started a business or venture who immediately became wealthy? What did you say? I thought so, of course not. It takes hard work and a lot of dedication to succeed.

Yard sales are no different. If you want to make money at it you will have to put your time into it. REMEMBER YOU ONLY GET OUT OF WHAT YOU DO BY WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT. If you wash your car and dont use soap your car wont come out very clean. You know what I mean? Please forgive me I dont want you to think that I am nagging at you, but I want you to realize the truth. SUCCESS ONLY COMES FROM NOT QUITTING.

At this point you are probably asking yourself, Can I get good earnings from YARD SALES? My answer to you is this: YES you can. A lot of people have and some have started their own business. I have personal friends of mine who have gone on to this level of success.

Again let me say this may not be for you. You must ask yourself what do I want from life? Am I willing to give up weekends and my favorite TV shows because thats what it will take. If you want to make money and not give up your favorite TV shows you can do this also, which I will explain in my book. There are many levels at which you can work this.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY BEING SUCCESSFUL?

Success to one person may be failure to another. I will try to explain this to the best of my ability. Success to me is being able to have a nice home, automobile, top of the line furniture, appliances, quality dishes, a loving wife who likes children and animals. We personally have three cats and four dogs and a wonderful son who is in the Army as a career. The one thing I forgot to tell you is that I am like the Meineke Muffler ad where George Foreman says I DONT WANT TO PAY A LOT FOR THIS MUFFLER .

Also success to me is being able to buy the things in life such as a nice MOTOR HOME. Go out to a nice restaurant when I want to and not have to worry where the money is coming from. To be able to make investments which will secure my retirement years. Does this sound like you? Well I am sure it does because that is everyones dream. Keep reading and I will explain everything.
