Each of the foods that you choose will have a different point value assigned to it, and you can even make your own recipes and figure out the point values.
This program does allow you to have a bit of cheating throughout the week if you are really craving it or you are not able to resist for a big party. You will find that you can place these into your points values for the day and still eat them.
