A Personal Brand is a name that sells itself or has a strong social selling point online .
The word Brand is usually reserved for businesses, but with the digital inflation gaining momentum from the past 5 years, personal branding has become fundamental to a long-term and a secure career for freelancers or self-employed individuals.
This means in order to build a good personal band, you should be able to create content that
- Is Impactful
- Inspires and influences people in your community
- Attracts High-Ticket clients
- Converts profile visitors into potential leads
- Creates a strong brand authority
And this is exactly what I will teach you through the entire Ebook
How to massage out a good convertible and monetizable personal brand.
My Journey with Linkedin so far
I started off by writing for 100 INR per article in 2015. I was an engineer by degree and had no relevant writing background. I switched jobs in 2 years from 2013-2015, my last job being
with Google News. The switch was a nightmare, from 80k per month to the only 5k per month through freelancing, all I had with me was regrets of not planning enough.
The journey of swing and shots began officially in 2016, I only relied on Facebook groups for clients, and for 3 years until 2018, I earned enough to afford a plant. This was when I realized, a car is not going to come at 30k pm freelancing gigs. So, hesitantly, I moved to Linkedin, observed a couple of writing trends there for a few days, and then started posting content by the end of December 2019.
From Dec 2019 to today, i.e. July 2020 (also in the midst of the pandemic)---I earned 300k a month, all through Linkedin. The jump was huge and the outcome is outstanding today. I continue to build my brand, and I get inquiries regularly, and on the basis of the benefits me and my clients have reaped through Linkedin Branding, I write this ebook. With a sole purpose to make everyone out there, reading this, to become capable enough to automate leads through Linkedin.
You do it for yourself and then you start doing it for clients, and in the process, you become a brand here. Thats the only benefit I assure and promise. So stay with me. I have made the selections of reading for you very easy. This ebook is created so that you can effectively save time, and with a handful of smart work reach where you want to be, or at least, get on a track. If I can do it, so can you. Its as simple as this.
What can you achieve through this book-- My goal is simple, I want you to automate your LinkedIn profile without the use of pods or likes collected by your audience. Everything I share with you here is 100% organic selling. I will only share my knowledge collected through my experimentations in the past few months. To encourage you more, heres the difference in my position today all done through LinkedIn
- I am working with a few Fortune 500 companies on a retainer basis who pay me on time, and I closed those deals without any marketing spent (all inbound leads)
- I helped my clients generate around 3.5M viewership only through my content which helped them bring automated leads for at least 4 continuous months.
- Many journalists approach me for asking opinions (generally from First Post, YourStory, Inc42 and Deccan Herald)
- I got my articles published in Business Insider and Entrepreneur all through my brilliant Linkedin profile that shows a rich content history (editors need that for a very good review)
- I get inbound leads every other day, and these are quality leads
- I helped my clients create investor interest and collaboration interests (all inbound proposals through my content)
So you see Linkedin Marketing and Branding is not all about you, but it is also about how you can help your client base grow. It is more about stationing yourself as an ambassador of what you do and why you are an industry expert. I hope I am able to provide you with the information you need because this is the time you can get started before LinkedIn gets too crowded.
I wish you the best.
