Throughout my years of personal training, Ive educated and supported millions of women just like you to improve your health and fitnessand your life! My first book,The Bikini Body 28-Day Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Guide, and my Bikini Body Guides (BBG) have helped women around the world make permanent and sustainable changes to both their mindset and lifestyle. Ive made it my mission to help as many women as possible achieve their ideal body and feel more confident and happy. The global fitness community my partner, Tobi, and I established has now grown to 20 million women, and just keeps on growing.
Through this community, I have learned a lot about what makes women want to change their lives for the better. And more often than not, the reasons women decide to make a changeand whether or not they are successfulinvolve two key factors: motivation and good habits. To try and get a picture of whats really happening in the lives of those in our fitness community, Tobi and I put together a survey that was completed by almost 40,000 women. We asked them questions like: Do you feel insecure? Are you happy with your body? Are you more concerned about your face, the shape of your body, or the size of your body? Which body part are you most concerned about? Have you ever felt demotivated? Does being insecure demotivate you? If so, have you chosen not to train because of that insecurity? YOU CAN MAKE A CHANGE NOW THAT IMPROVES YOUR WHOLE LIFE.

Ive always been an advocate for using education to help women understand why you should make the effort with your health. My books provide a pathway to success in health for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Collectively, this information covers the what and how in relation to workouts and nutrition, to enable you to achieve your ideal confidence, health, and happiness. Part of my responsibility as a personal trainer is to essentially make you do what you need to do in order to achieve the best results. Since I cant physically control your actions, part of that responsibility is to understand how to motivate you and educate you to create positive habits. To learn as much as possible about these topics, Tobi and I have undertaken some research.
This involved an analysis of the behaviour of women, in particular with regards to physical fitness goals. We were able to do this by providing a survey to 40,000 women, from all over the world. The survey focused on understanding womens insecurities, what motivates us, how we manage motivation for workouts and diets, and more. In this second book, the chapters on motivation and habit will give YOU and other members of the global womens fitness community the why. Why do you feel motivated (or not motivated) to do things to change your lifestyle? With a true understanding of how you can use motivation to help create new and healthy habits, you can expect success. You will be able to create and sustain a better, healthier lifestyle to help you achieve the confidence that you deserve.
Ultimately, my goal is to help more women just like YOU start and finish a workout or nutrition program with habits that lay the foundation for a new, sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
Giving you the tools
My intention is to help more women just like YOU to feel your most confident. I believe feeling physically strong and confident in your ability is a great place to start. I want to give you the mental tools to not just motivate you, but to help you form good habits relating to your well-being. This can be the basis for a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. To me, the idea of a bikini body isnt a certain body shape.
