1. Harry was born on 15 th September 1984.
2. This makes him a Virgo.
3. Virgos are traditionally shy - perhaps this news didnt reach Harry when he was growing up...
4. Harry was born at St Marys Hospital in London
5. His full name is Henry Charles Albert David Windsor.
6. At the time of writing, Harry is third in line to the throne.
7. Harrys brother, Prince William is second in line to the throne.
8. Harrys father, Prince Charles is - of course - first in line to the throne.
9. Harrys mother, Diana, sadly died in a car accident in 1997.

Education

1. Harrys first school was Jane Mynors Nursery.
2. After there, Harry attended Wetherby School in London.
3. Ludgrove was next on the list, a prep school in Berkshire.
4. Finally, Harry attended world famous Eton College - a break from tradition, as previous generations of his family had attended Gordonstoun School instead.
5. It normally costs 30,000 a year (thats around $48,000) to send your child to Eton.
6. Harry achieved a B in art and a D in geography at A Level.
7. It was claimed that Harry cheated his way to his B in Art, with teachers helping him as he was such a poor pupil.

10. A teacher at Eton was sacked when she secretly taped Prince Harry - but later won an employment tribunal.

Military Career

1. Rather than attend university, Harry enrolled at Sandhurst Military College.
2. His first day there was on the 8 th May 2005.
3. Initially, it was announced that Harry would serve on the front line in Iraq.
4. Harry said: Theres no way Im going to put myself through Sandhurst and then sit on my arse back home while my boys are out fighting for their country.
5. The government overruled this though, and Harry did not go to Iraq in the end.
6. However, Harry did serve for 77 days as a tank commander on the front line of the Afghan War - until a paper published the information.
7. In October 2008, Harry decided to learn to fly military helicopters.
8. He was successful at this, and in May 2010 he was presented with his wings - by his father Prince Charles.
9. In April 2011, Harry was awarded his Apache training badge.
10. Harry has currently reached the rank of Captain.
